steriotipe about argentinians ?

Oh, I know quite a few about you:

-they claim to be European, yet are poor, stupid and smell like garlic.
-Speak Spanish with a faked Italian accent ,but no one would call them Italians.
-Think they have the best football team, but they won't accept Brazil has pwned them several times.
-The best deal in this world is to buy an Argentinian for its real price and then sell him for what he thinks he is worth.

Pepeczki, before I read it, I knew it would be negative. How about some positive stereotypes or are you just going to spill your hateful preconceived nonsense ad nauseam? Let me guess, every country is bad except for Poland, right?

Seanus, Pepper is a hermafrodite, confused about it's identity, we've established that so far. It doesn't seem to be Polish though. But it could be lying.

Peppy likely lives by stereotypes are they are a shortcut to thinking.

Indeed, and it likes to generalize as well, that makes life so much easier.

You 2 are a pair of retards. This thread is about stereotypes i.e. generalizing. Yet you complain about it.

Because you are full of negativity, that's why. It's quite easy to point the finger but let's explore stereotypes about Poland, shall we? Don't worry, they are only generalisations. My personal views are mostly positive but others say:

1) There is stinginess, particularly in a couple of major cities.

2) It's peasant food galore, made with cheap flour

3) The country is still full of commie sympathisers

4) The Maluch is the car of choice

5) There is a lack of choice when it comes to international brands

6) That many women descended from Gonzo

7) That you are hard-nosed buggers

Let me guess, you will deny all this and show positives, go on

Dont forget thet 30 years ago we had a Military junta that destroyed everything.
30.000 dead people, much more than Katyn. And that crazy f*cking war against England omfg.
Annnnnnnnnnnnnddddddddd Buenos Aires is a lot greather than warszawa.
And your country fits like 7 times in argentina lol.

so what kind of games do you play?
Arg_ 1 | 27

Revo, maradona is from a "Villa Miseria", where the verry poors lives. In Argentina are places where a flat prize is 1 million dollars or more.

So there is a big gap between this 2 realityes.
and maradona is not an expample of ANY Argentinian with money. He is negro, small, fat, drug addict, ehhhm, bla bla bla.

French surrendered after 3 weeks (they were attacked only by Germans)

Poland after 45 days (and we were attacked from the both sides: by Germans and by Russians)

Poland never surrendered!

Wherever he is from, he surely knew how to play soccer.

Well said: He "knew". He's now a drug-addicted sack of fat that fails at managing the Argentinian football team.

I heard that the penny was invented by Scots. Two Scotsmen were fighting over a penny.
That was from my mother's father, he was a Scot.

Colombia = Farc's **** your country.

And argentina have a lot of european blood. German, Italian, Spanish, Pole, there are a lot of places with british name, ehmmmm, slovenian, etc. We are the whitest country of south and central america, but the countryes like Bolivia, Peru, etc invade us,

I am Canadian and proud to not be American.
We are the true north, strong and free.
We sing our anthems at hockey games very loudly.
We love the world and do not think badly of anybody, except The Taliban.
If it wasn't for the great immigration to Canada, we would be very lonely, thank you world for coming here!
Go to Youtube and search for Canadian anthem Vancouver Canucks and choose the April 15, 2010 game between Vancouver and Los Angeles.
Then you will see what I mean.
Have a great day, Poland!

ahhh nice thread~
let's go back to stereotypes?
hoping you apreciate some from Italy~!

generally

Germans: way too tidy, precise, fussy, strict..if they don't get something how they want, they get quite angry :D plus, even if a german is saying 'i love you', he will sound like he's saying 'i'm gonna kill you'

Austriacs: quite the same as germans, but more uncommunicative and severe/proud
Swiss: precise, punctual..are they robot?
French: overconfident, open-minded, avant-garde, have a weakness for cheap-looking fashion, always relating to l'amour ;3 ..but they don't wash theirselves, they'd rather use perfume to cover up other smells~

English: they're like "i'd rather die than skip my tea at 5 o'clock"
Spanish: awwwww our soul brothers! lively and warm-hearted
Japanese: way too polite, close, shy, well-mannered..kind of cold when it comes to human relationships
Polish: (this is not very nice to say..but it's what i've heard..) vodka-lovers, often whining, they don't really like strangers...also poland is often thought as a poor coutry..but i bet the most of people can't even list Poland's borders..they think Poland is way easter than it actually is

aww anyway i love Poland!

now for tourism!

Germans: big, light-tanned, bermuda and skirts/t-shirts, very big backpacks, ready for walking all over your place and crowding all your morning trains you need for job!

Americans/English: white and chubby mozzarellas - see this
moograssfarms.com/images/Mozzarella%20Cheese.jpg
dressed in clothes no italian would ever use..!
Spanish: again, they seem italians on holiday <3 sooo chatty~

now for self stereotypes (so about Italians):
pizza, mafia, mandolino! Big mouths, talk too loud, move their hands uselessly while talking, they're probably cheaters..if they're not, then they're rude or unpolite or "hunting for girls"

Italians - frivolous, flirters, bombastic, big mouth (paasta, baasta, mangiaa, parlaare) ;)

ahah i loved this

Italy: all Italian [...] their goverment is like a circus with monkeys.

sooo sad..so true...

Actually ,politicians screw the country, not some 5000 men guerrilla.

Look, no one in South America likes you. You may have European blood, but there are a bunch of Arabs that migrated to your territory. Menem himself was even a muslim, but had to become catholic to be eligible.

Who cares if you're the whitest? You are also the dumbest and Brazil is still a much better ,more culturally rich country and the people there don't have their heads up their asses.

Stupid European wanna be.

Greeks are much quiter than Italians or Spanish. The difference is huge.
Greeks are more like other Balkans,Serbs etc.

Italians are very noisy in my opinion and are always in big companies.

Balkans are clearly superior.I feel it everytime abroad. The problem here is the high frequency of gays in Athens.

Is there something wrong with gays, for it to be "a problem"??
southern 74 | 7,074
28 Apr 2010 #390
Yes,because girls think that we have become gays far too effeminate and the stereotype is reinforced. There is also a rumour that the gay lobby keeps the visa restrictions for young Russian and Ukrainian girls(who end up in Turkey and Egypt unfortunately).
