I hear sygnal is popular amongst teachers and parents but I've never read it as I don't have kids, that I know of anyway. You can also get child rearing info from polki.pl kobieta.pl etc. Theres also aamerican magazines like cosmo. Google keywords like magazyny/ksiazki wychowawcze, wychowanie, etc.
All Polish Youth is a great organization if you are a social conservative and wish for your kids to be brought up loving poland, traditional values, religion, etc.
