Do you find it weird how in Warsaw (Maybe all Poland) they rip you off a lot?

I am becoming more and more vigilant and paranoid someone will try to take advantage of me or rip me off constantly. The other day I went to this bar on side street of nowy swiat near toward marshalkowska where this ramona bar or spanish bar was at. It is an opk bar but one situaiton there ruined my whole night. I order a big or large beer and it is supposed to be full glass and .5 liters, they gave me a glass with like a third missing and when I asked why it wasnt full they said it was .4. So now bars sell beer that everywhere else is sold for that price for .5 liters at .4 liters and charge the same price? I am osntantly pissed off here and it is a miracle I havent been fighting people like I did in the usa.

Another situation. I took my iPhone to get it fixed the other day and they didnt even write down a number or give me a receipt just said come back later and well let you know what needs to be done. Next thing I know I am walking out realizing the guy could do an expensive fix without telling me or first getting back at me what needs to be done or simply the phone could dissapear as they never took down my info or nothing.

Dude,beer prices vary everywhere and usually if its in the menu you can always ask for it and they will correct it.
Now how brilliant were you to leave your fone without a receipt???I think people who get ripped of,its there own fault.Honestly Poles are very honest untill you open your wallet and flash money,but that will happen to you in any country.Try that in NYC and seeI always bring my old I phones for repairs as well and sell them on allegro,never got ripped and I am talking about over 10 phones old ones from everyone in my family.
