I don't want to be mean, but maybe you're just not that likable?

no offence taken, i know some people imagine that, the truth is they don't care much about other people, my writing is not that good and some people imagine they'rs psychic

many clubs play the same music all the time.

haha, in essence

I don't seem to have a problem, and I know quite a few people on this forum that lead full lives with lots of Polish friends. I think just like anywhere, it's what you make of it.

in Krakow you will hear a song like 'living on a prayer' so many times that you almost start thinking that it was just released instead of 1980 something!

Poles have a thing with the 1980s, CB radio to name one

i hate poland cause they call security or the police when i'm just a bit dosing off or rocking myself in a pub, even though i'm conscious, how does that sound for freedom

i wonder what it would be like if i came in in a skirt?

1. The impossible shshwuwuwshshswuwuwhsuwhsushuzhzuhzh polish language

2. The greyness of most cities and the polluted air

3. The very low salaries you can earn here

Is there anywhere that you can go to sleep in a pub? Is that accepted anywhere?

The polluted air tends to be more in Silesia where I live. I don't imagine other cities to be that bad, esp in relation to other European cities.

Just remember, there are equivalents in English. Szcz is like shch in fresh cheese.

I hate that you don't hear much disco polo in Poland.

You have never been to a Polish wedding if you think that. It's disco polo at insane volumes for two days. Worst experiences of my life.

things i dislike about Poland:

- cloudy sky, cold weather
- bad quality of food at restaurants

I'd object to the third one, but if you agree i'd exchange this for not-so-good quality of service.
On the other hand there are exceptionally good services in other places.

Some have good food and some have bad, it's not a black and white thing. For example, Gazdówka has excellent hearty fare for those with a bit more money in their pockets. Some milk bars produce food fit for horses but the general quality is pretty high I'd say. One thing I will say is that there are too many fast-food places

The quality of the midrange places is terrible. On the lowend, the value is great, on the high end, it's hit or miss with the quality. In the midrange, it just seems miserable.

Well, it just depends what you are accustomed to and how critical you are, I guess. I've been lucky enough to try food from all over the world and the only hack would be a lack of variety where I live.

What do you class as midrange, convex? That may have different meanings to different people.

The chains, stuff like sphinx, readys, telepizza.

There are a lot of student bars around where I live, and most of them are pretty damn good.

Sphinx is not too bad but I haven't been for a while. Telepizza is my wife's choice. There is one on the way home so I occasionally drop by but we're cutting out the fatty stuff. Readys???

There's a place called 2Go here which does oriental food. The owner owns the sushi restaurant too. It's for richer people but it's good once in a while. Tasty stuff!

1. the polish girls are mostly liars, golddiggers and cheaters

Yes, but remember that their mothers, aunts, and grandmothers taught them these things. This is the only life they know. They are victims.

However, they compensate in part by being extremely hairy girls. This does cover a multitude of sins. If you can handle the high turnover, things become more bearable.

2. the business men in poland are very incorrect and cheating you for money anytime

This is a consequence of the often-mentioned honesty of these people.

1.the dirtyness of the country

The dirtyness? Sorry, but I've travelled a lot around Europe and there's no
significant difference in "dirtyness" of Poland and western european countries.

As for the bad quality of food - you must be taking a p*ss :-) Compared to all
that plastic fruit and vegetables and all that genetically modified cr*ap, Poland
still has top quality, ecological food products.

3.the horrible train system

True.

close-mindedness

Of course you are fluent in Polish and you had many meaningful conversations
that allowed you to objectively judge it,right? :-)

vicious jealousy for no reason

Really? You weren't driving your 1957 Chevy with a hot blonde on the passenger seat, by any chance ;)

general rudeness (service)

Well, that's basically not true. Now, f**k off.

:)
