We do know that you certainly are not Polish or an American. What is your birth country jon357 ? You sure don't sound too proud of it by refusing to admit to it.
I speak American. I am fluent and accent-free enough in it so that in the last 30 years nobody said to me: What did you say?
You are Polish and guilty as charged!!!!
You Brits and Golden Moron are world-class idiots. Here is why... pay attention...
When you want to make your enemy feel like shlt, you connect him with the lowest form of life.
"You are a rat" or "You are a pig", not a liion or eagle...
Golden Moron forgot that rule and started referring to Russians as Nigerians...not Norwegians...
You refuse to accept that after 60 years in the US, plus the loyalty oath, family, and my statements, I am an American. In your brainlessness, you desperately want to make me Polish as a form downgrade, if not an insult
in your childish stupidity, you are at least consistent doing the same with Russia...
Hence, Mongols, orcs, drunks, dish washers,...the men with an amazing track record of being the first in space, having the best assault rifles, the fastest fighter planes, and on and on...
Yep, yepski! That's tellin' him:-)
Milo, remember who gave you that pat on the back...
It must feel like shlt...Want one from Biden or Kamala?
@Rich, The late Jerzy Kosinski of BEING THERE fame too spoke and wrote "American" fluently, albeit with a decided Polish accent!
The differences though between you and Kosinski, apart from the obvious, are that his accented American English was beautifully articulated, erudite, clever, and learned.
Intelligent, sentient beings are smart, heaven forbid enlightened, enough not to have to hit someone over the head with something, if subtle suggestions do the trick just as easily!
'Course if you're not smart enough to catch on, Rich, that's scarcely my/our problem now, is it!
@jon, Can't entirely agree, especially about "Brave New World".
wow that's rough, his work is in the literary top 10 of all time, along with 1984 and Fahrenheit 431 and Arthur C Clarke and Frank Herbert Dune. Oh wait that just turned into a sci-fi literary top 10
Thanks again for the heads up there, amiga! Think though I'll stick with the ol' black & white classics for plain comfort viewing, you know, Wajda, early Polanski, Andrzejewski.
Also check out Ryszard Bugajski, Interrogation (Polish: Przesłuchanie) and Układ Zamknięty (English: Closed Circuit) Wajda worked on the former but luckily he was spared the commie punishment for making a film of an SB officer interrogating an innocent woman in 1981.
