Masculinist movement needed in Poland?

Some claim today's men are more effeminate than previously. Do you agree? If so, is that the result of militant, man-hating feminist propaganda? Actually feminism would appear to be a misnomer like Poland's wieloryb (which is not a ryba but a ssak). Most feminists are hardly very feminine and try to be rugged, pushy, assertive and even two-fisted. Maybe something like virilist would be a more appropriate name?

If feminism is a movement intended to promote women's interests then maybe it's high time men created a maculinist movement (or by some other name) which would promote men's interest and protect them against

misandric feminists. Any thoughts?

I think it exists already. Why not after all?

Not long ago some Polish actor or writer said he was setting one up, but haven't heard anythign else about it. Probably there was little interest. Men have better things to do than go to meetings and rallies and think up anti-woman slogans and buzzwords. How about a university-level male masturbation class? (LOL!)

Many women too ;)

I think male masturbation is innate... :P

But the whole idea is laughable. If women have to be taught, then maybe this is not what women were intended to do.
There is a strong copycat streak in the feminist movement which could be summed up as: Men hold all the good jiobs and are in a position of authority so we must try to be more liike them in every way! In education, diligence, methodicalness, patience, common sense and perseverance women are usually superior to men, but often they also try to emualte men in areas for which they are not naturally predisposed. Nic na siłę -- might be a better approach.

Well, you probably know this is not true.

but often they also try to emualte men in areas for which they are not naturally predisposed.

I hear you, but if they try and succeed, there's nothing wrong, is there?
I'm not for quotas either, in most cases. Cuz that's discrimination. For the rest, we can discuss.

If women have to be taught

They don't. However in conservative societies they are sometimes taught that its somehow wrong. The patriarchy are afraid of female sexuality.

They don't, although it is pretty obvious why you wouldn't know that.

Don't you think today's commercially exploited pansexulaism may be harmful? Should 5 and 6 year old learn what love is all about from Internet púrn. Does everyone has to have his/her bain between their legs?

Not especially, and certainly not as bad as the shame and prudery of days gone by which blighted so many lives.

Internet púrn is however a worry and children/teenagers' access to the net should be strictly controlled.

shame and prudery

To some that may be a problem, to others it is shamelessness, exhibitionism, debacuhery and promiscuity that are undermining the family and society. Also substance abuse, irresponsiblity, extreme egoism and the general 'anything goes', 'me, myself and I' mindset.

Hmm, how can we stop these women from masturbating and having sexual thoughts?

Its the media, entertainment industry, advertisers, leftist agendas and radical teachers that are pansexaulising society. Average people are just victims of the ubiquitous brainwashing that is replacing decency, common sense and good taste with vulgarity, brutality and promiscuity. People that fall for the propaganda seem to forget that unlike animals, governed only by instinct, thinking people should display a sense of responsibiltiy, restraint and decorum. Animals do not know the difference between right or wiorng. Some PF-ers are trying to imitate them.

Do you really have to say this? That's almost ad hominem.

Common sense tells one that the overall permissiveness, the 'anything goes' mentality including pansexualism, substance abuse and lack of restraint in the oursuti of one's own selfish interests and pleasures is leading society to its demise.

And good taste? Well, do you find the fisting and rimming shown on Internet prn, which many minors watch BTW; to be aesthetically pleasing, inspiring or in any way beneficial?

@ Harry, why would 'we' (meaning men?) stop women from masturbating or having sexual thoughts? Surely the days of men trying to suppress female sexuality are long gone (at least in Europe). And in any case, what is the pont? Female sexuality is surely one of the best things in life, much enjoyed by women and men alike.

Oh no, no, no. It's "sexist" if men organize. It's wonderful when women do. That's the current cultural and socially "politically correct" standard.

Real attempts at 'equality' wouldn't have names like feminism which only promote alleged womens' interests. If feminism was really for equality than it would demand the many areas where men are disadvantaged. In the west they include health care, education, womens shelters and women-only organizations. All those are funded, often by taxpayers and men get the short end of it. Often times feminists have pressured their legislators to ignore requests which aid men. . But then, feminists don't really want real equality.

Hopefully any such organizations in Poland will objectively view the total picture but I suspect that they will be hijacked by the usual professional misandrists.

Hmm, how can we stop these women from masturbating and having sexual thoughts?

Just send them a picture of yourself.

Female sexuality is surely one of the best things in life,

Opinions about MGTOW in Poland?

What is your opinion of this movement and community? I think a lot or my values and the way I live aligns with them. Anyone else on here?

Not yet. The situation of men is not so bad. E.g., how much less do women earn on the same positions as men in Poland or the USA? The gender pay gap is about 18% more for men in both countries .

In my opinion any self respecting feminist should fight for the rights of man where needed e.g. childcare. While abusive man should be separated with all the force good fathers shouldn't face any discrimination.

That's only because women tend to chose careers that pay less than careers men chose. If a man and woman is at the same job with the same tenure at the same company they'll be paid the same. If women were indeed paid less than men every company in the us and Poland would give preference to hiring women.

Yes, that`s a perfect explanation. Median salary for all men and women in the USA and Poland is 80 to 100.

If a man and woman is at the same job with the same tenure at the same company they'll be paid the same.

Another accurate remark. Median salary for men and women with the same job and qualifications is 98 to 100. I won`t nitpick about this 2% less.

Unfortunately, it is accurate only for the USA.

Poland is still backward. Women who do exactly the same job as men earn 18% less in Poland. Examples: main accountants` wages: men - 51 PLN, women - 37 PLN.

As the OP seems Polish, his suggestion to create a masculinist movement refers to Poland. With such pay disparities, it is still too early for that, which I said before.
