The facial piercings scene in Poland

okay, so I'm planning on visiting Gdańsk (my birth city - have last been there in '99) and a few others possibly this summer, and I'm quite curious about the whole 'piercing-scene' in Poland. I have two lower lip piercings, a nose ring, and 2 eyebrow piercings.

My mom keeps telling me about all these skin-head hooligans attacking people randomly on trains and even on streets, so I am quite concerned. Would I stand out too much and become a direct target? lol =OO

No. Facial piercing is now very common, I see even 13 years old kids having facial piercing!
Upper lip is most common.

I'd be more concerned with encounters with metal detectors than

all these skin-head hooligans

Just be carefull not to get drunk....

some Pole will drag you to the nearest scrap metal dealers and trade you for cash....

I've just noticed you're a male... ooops.
Male face piercing is rarer case.
I think that you should generally watch out for yourself because males in general are more prone to be attack not because of piercing but because some drunk thugs wants to check their fight skills.
