Cosmetic surgery in Poland...

I have no sympathy for people who are vain enough to have cosmetic surgery.

Milo, show more sympathy. Most men dream of having a larger penis. Would you critisize them for their innocent dreams if fulfilled?

And if they do, yes I would critisize them for being vain and shallow..... and having small dicks..... :-)

The society we live in I guess. People aren't allowed to age these days, everyone wants to look young, have a certain look etc. I think it's crazy, and especially those who travel to have the surgery done cheaply. You have no comeback for a botched job.

An ex-colleague of mine had a facelift and her eyes done in Poland about 12 years ago. She has yellow scars on her upper eyelids which are very noticeable. Her facelift went ok. What shocked me though was that she admitted the whole process was like a production line, and she was the last in for surgery that day. She hadn't even met her surgeon prior to arrival in Wrocław, and paid cash when she arrived. She couldn't understand why I was horrified. This woman is also a nurse, so she should have known better, but she ignored any risks in her pursuit of looking younger.

Someone else I know went to Budapest for cheap dental implants. She ended up on life support after contracting sepsis. Even before she had the treatment, she said alarm bells were ringing, as the hospital was dirty, but she made the mistake of going ahead with it.

As ever - a bad worker blames his tools. Men with small penises can be far better lovers than those well-hung. They try that much harder. They just have to know what they are doing and not blame their lack of female company on the size of their 'tools.'

Regardless of the size of a mans tool, men always have an orgasm, it's the women that commonly seem to have a problem with orgasm no matter how big or small their vaginas are.

This is true, but it is up to the man to satisfy a woman. When a woman finds such a man, she will forgive everything he does as long as she has him to hand.

A half hour or so of foreplay, before the actual deed, to get a woman properly primed makes all the difference in satisfying her.
