From what I can see, boating is pretty much a refined middle class pursuit in Poland. If you want to see some seaside Januszes acting obnoxiously, go to Sopot, where you'll see hordes of them along the shoreline, burak red from sunburn, with gigantic gold crucifixes hanging from chains across their prodigiously bellied chests, shouting at 100 decibels and necking bottles of Zwiec at a rate of about three every 15 minutes.
