I don't like much about America, but at least its cars feel authentic. Today's Mercedes or BMW look almost like Toyotas or Hondas, and that's not special anymore. When you buy an American car, people around you know it's an American car, not a glorified version of yet another Toyota.

Why?
It has become a shiithole run by a 1% pretending to work for the 99%.
My point is that a decade ago, Mercedes and BMW used to look two steps ahead of Toyotas and Hondas. Now they look on par with them, because Japanese cars have improved and European ones have lagged. In that sense, Americanization of Poland is something positive.

I dare say that Mercedes stands out from the crowd with the beautiful bodywork of its limousines. BMW's design is rather crude, but at least it's distinctive.Hondas and Toyotas have no design because they look like they were made by artificial intelligence, which it certainly can't do well enough yet.

Most real Londoners have been pushed out to zones 3, 4 and 5 by property prices and the wish to have a house and a garden for less than 0.75 of a million quid, or to take advantage of their properties' rising value in these central locations and sell up to give something to their kids. You can even see this among the Jamaican population, who started moving out of Brixton and Stockwell a couple of decades ago or more, down towards Croydon.
The post-2004 Poles btw don't live in Ealing and Acton, and didn't even 20 years ago, because those West London housing prices were too high for those manual labourers living four to a room. They went east, maybe north, or usually south where compared to the other two the prices are more reasonable, it's greener and the air and streets are cleaner.

All of Canada is boycotting American products and services. Nobody is going to travel to Florida for vacation anymore - they are picking Mexico instead. It is going to take a whole generation for America to reverse Trump's damage. Poland is not stupid and follow countries like Canada.
