why in europe is not to many black managers?

Maybe because today's coaches were players in the past...and that at their time, they were not many Blacks...
Things are changing. Valenciennes, Ligue 1 club, has a black coach who is very good. Even in rugby, we have 3 coaches for our national team (LoL), one of them is black too.

ASK ME TO MARRY THEM ON SKYPE

Novelty value of a webcam-wedding is just not enough. In any case, your partner is just about to say the words 'I do' and someone's internet connection crashes and the whole ceremony grinds to a halt.

Hehe, don't plan on having a webcam-wedding on my comp then... my connection crashes quite often... depends, some days it doesn't, some days it does.

My friends, you are spending too many words on such a poor, dillettant and unskillfuly made line of slides (this is not a video at all). Technical level of this "product" can tell you enough about intellectual capabilities and education of it's author.

I meet racism in internet in some users commentary. Text contained an antisemitic and agressive pronouncements. I was read too article about fascistic website, which was banned by polish and american police. I think, that it depends from social mentality and people character. But I was heard also about iniciatives against racism, which are taken by a polish peoples. Mentality in Poland yet will be must evolve by a very long time period.

- Better go to non-Polish, eg. Jewish forum, and see Polonophobia here. You yourself appear to be a Polonophobe too, of which proof is your racist remarks above (branding all Poles as 'racist'). Another Polonophobic troll? Spierdalaj, smieciu.

:)

Since when did Islam and therefore muslims become a race? or have I been left behind by evolution?

Polish people aren't racist, most just see the world through a clear eye glass, not one dusted by brainwashing or propaganda. It is clear that races have many differences beyond skin color.

I wouldn't totally agree with this as after living here for eight years I have found that Polish people are quite intolerant to change, including people from different races, and whether this can be put down to racialism or inexperience of other cultures is open to question.

I'm not sure some of the "slavdom" people here would like the idea if they knew ICQ was created by an Israeli company :))

Wow, I am reading many of these posts for the first time and I just have so many mixed feelings about all of this stuff. I grew up living a double life. At home I lived in a Polish culture, but outside of my house I lived in the American culture. I feel like I have felt many common prejudices that many Poles feel at some point living in America. I also have learned about prejudices that Poles have felt towards people outside of their ethnicity. In the end, it is too difficult for me to be able to label Poles as having particular behaviors, thought, ideas, and mannerisms. The same is true about Americans. I believe that the same can be said for any culture or group of people. Every single person on this planet is prejudice. We will always have our dislikes about certain things, actions and people. If you do not agree then this is your right, but we will always see the world only through our eyes even when we have studied anthropology extensively. We can not help but to be anthropocentric. That is not wrong. But it does hurt me to think that people believe that this would extend into our DNA. That this is something that we are born with. Every person within a culture does follow certain traditions and beliefs, but they are still individuals that have their own beliefs about the world and others. One cannot label an entire culture as racist against someone else. I feel that because of this type of labeling, stereotypes become something more than just a generalization and become something much more tangible which physically hurts people. We all have to be very careful about what we say and how we think about others because it does not take much for words to become something more physical.

Westerns or any foreigners cannot understand Poles truly, we have our own mentality. So stick a gay pride flag up your asses and until it hits your brains, maybe you will grasp some idea of this. :D

I'm not a teenager btw, :) Already in my 3rd year of university.

Lets play nice. Also, please don't make suggestions to other forum members about sticking anything foreign up their arses as this isn't proper behavior nor adult conversation.

Aha, so from simple deduction, u r a homophobic bigot who tries to play some form of cryptic card. Like Poles should be shrouded in mystery. After meaningful discussions with my Polish friends, we concluded that Poles and Scots are not so different in many respects.

What mentality do u speak of? What is there that cannot be understood?

Be specific please!!

I'm not in fear of homos, your terminology is wrong. If you love them so much take my advice with the flag.

The point is you may think we are this or that but a culture cannot understand another or how they think, like you cannot understand our humor. This is why so many invading nations could never assimilate us. PERIOD.

I don't love them so much, I just don't attack their rights.

Understanding culture stems from intelligence and educating urself. Bcoz ur humour is different, doesn't mean I don't understand it.

Test me then

Sorry to burst your sure-fire nuff said bubble but I speak for the majority. And I plan to move back soon. Anyway, I'm not here to test you because I frankly couldn't care less what you think of us.
