Is it common for multiple people to share a burial site because they died within a day or 2 of each other? Or is this reserved for people who die and dont have family or are poor?

How much does it cost to make a burial site nice in krakow?
Also is it common in Poland to visit a loved ones grave on the 1 year anniversary of their death?
I noticed lots of fake flowers on sites, is this common or would people leave real flowers on a grave if they go?

Quite common. There is also the tradition to book a mass for the anniversary too

It'sdue to the fact they stay there even of the weather is bad or you can't visit for a long time.
People do bring real flowers too. They will plant them straight on the grave, bring rhwm in pots or bring cut ones and put them in vases

So is it common for people to be in a grave together if they die within a few days of each other? I've never heard of this happening in the U.S
