Transferring money between Polish banks - is the address, postcode and town/city required?

Is there a bank in Poland that requires the address, postcode and town/city or does every bank only require the name and account number when transferring from one Polish bank to another?

Some banks do ask for address details (but if you tell them you don't know the address and they can either send the money or you'll open an account with a bank that doesn't ask for address details, they will send the money without an address).
