This is the Polish miracle

Which does not change the fact that Poland will soon be the last EU country that has not introduced the euro.

Poland will soon be the last EU country that has not introduced the euro

Inaccurate as always.

Denmark has formally opted-out from the euro and Sweden has the very same attitude towards it without formalising the opt-out yet (they deliberately avoid joining ERM II). Czechs are technically totally capable of introducing the common currency but their government is extremely cautious, they have no timeline and the public support for it is very low (smart Czechs!). The closest to adopting the euro are the mainstays of strong economy, transparency and lack of corruption - Bulgaria and Romania, and that's pretty much it.

So, Poland is among those smart countries who are rather reluctant to be colonised economically by the eurozone. Proper order. Westerplatte didn't fight for a week instead of 12 hours - against overwhelming enemy forces, under artillery, battleships, and Ju-87 bombardment - for some retard to now give up our economic independence.

Zwiałeś do szkopów, Analien, ale Polakiem nadal chyba, kurwa, jesteś. No to broń polskiej niepodległości i przestań pierdolić o tym euro.

Spocznij!

give up our economic independence

Do you think 21 EU countries have done just that?

Poland's GDP has crossed $1.1 trillion

All dependent on złoty-to-dollar exchange rate fluctuations.

All dependent on złoty-to-dollar exchange rate fluctuations.

Which is meaningless.

What's important is what the dollar can buy in Poland (across some meaningful majority of economic sectors).

This is why even old turds like the IMF and World Bank seriously recognize PPP estimates.

Wrong. If one is talking about the Polish GDP crossing the $1.1 trillion mark then the conversion rate from złoty to dollar is the determining factor. Otherwise you need to measure your GDP in local currency.

GDP in local currency.

The Polish zloty has fallen a bit recently, well, it is not the Euro, it is subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Exactly. Not to forget that the Polish debt-to-GDP ratio has increased quite a bit to 60.0%. The country has been quite successful, though. No doubt about it.

Polish debt-to-GDP ratio has increased quite a bit to 60.0%.

It's about half of the US. It's great by today's "go full retard in debt" standards. Still, it won't save Poland from having a 100% ratio within the next decade.

"go full retard in debt"

It's 2026, so how about you - a grown adult probably in his 50s or later - stop acting like you're a teenager in the 1990s and saying 'retard'? You sound like Eric Cartman.
