Hello ,My name is Qam Din and I am NON EU Resident and holds one previous schengen Visa(PL)(Tourist Purposes 30 Days Stay).
I m willing to invest in Poland in the form of Store for selling Imported Asian Hand Crafted Products.
I have gone through various websites regarding business information and laws for conducting business activities in Poland , for example migrant info.pl
I found some pieces of information but they do not confirm and convince me.
I know how to register company in Poland but my issue is that as I m going to open a store in Poland , what kind of visa do I need to enter poland as I need to register company and other formalities such , Entry in KRS , Article of Association and Register as VAT Payer etc , beside this , finding location for my Store ?
and what kind of visa do I need to stay in Poland while running my Store as owner there ?
I would like to seek complete set of information about it .
