You can't fight city hall.

You absolutely can. In some cases yes the odds are against you. Nonetheless that hasn't stopped many people from fighting city hall and winning, just as I have about 4 5 years ago.

Wrong, that is what is called "probable cause" to do a legal search WITHOUT your consent.

Yes which you can take steps to prevent. Whenever a cop pulls me over I always record the encounter and hand tjem a car stating I do not answer questions, I don't consent to searches and seizures and it lists my lawyers name and contact info. Once the cops see a person gets a lawyer involved they back away immediately. Notice eben in first 48 as soon as a dude days rheyre not talking without a lawyer present the cops stop the interview right away.

If a cop wants to search your car he has to cite the reason for his probable cause and suspicion and odor are not good enough reasons, neither can a cop saying he smelled somrthing be proven. Noe If he calls a k9 and the k9 alerts then yes there is now probable cause. If it does not up to the legal standard, you will win the case regardless of whether he finds a gun or a kilo or whatever else in your car.

mentality is going to land you in prison one of these days before you catch on.

Fine with me. I've been in the big house before namely cook county. No amount of time is going to make me submit to authority especially not blue ISIS.

we could make Chicago as peaceful as Monte Carlo in a couple of weeks

That would be the case if the cops were man enough to go after people they know have guns. But when they drive down a one way and there's 30 40 50 dudes all patrolling the block they're not gonna get out. That's the one thing I miss about Cicero - no one ever called the cops and ratted. People policed themselves and justice, true justice, was meeted out much more efficiently and quickly. You rape some woman or rob a neighbor in the hood you better pray that the cops catch you.

Much more efficient than the crook county judicial system... thats why rapists get a few years then get out and do the same thing. If someone raped a woman in my old neighborhood their body would be in the morgue by Sunday night. And If someone stole, their hands would be crushed with a bat and they'd know who it was. Even stores would post shop lifters pictures, names, addresses etc right at the entrance to shame them. That to me is justice, real justice. That teaches people not to rape or steal, not a court system that's so overburdened that many murderers, the ones who actually get caught (vast majority of murders are unsolved, I think some only 20 30% are solved) may end up serving 7 years, maybe 12, at most 15 to 20 but definitely not life and forget about death penalty. And if they rat they may get off scot free. Look at even Sammy gravano - he killed 19 people that the government knew about yet only served 5 years... 5 years!! He was later let out and caught selling ecstasy which he got a double digit sentence. Now how is that justice? A guy kills 19 people that's more than many serial killers even Charles Manson ordered less people killed, dahmer admitted to something like 13, and he gets put because he ratted out a few other murderers, then gets a sentence several times longer for selling some weekend party drugs than for murdering over a dozen people... smdh....

The system is overloaded with drug cases. My idea of all-you-can inject or snort, no-charge buffets is perfect. In the back of the place like this there would be an industrial-size freezer to store the dead morons who decided to kill themselves by overdosing. Once a week, they would be shipped for the final disposal.
