In the age of the Internet, arguably, anyone can be a journalist since it is no longer necessary to own a printing press to effectively publish news. How has Polish law handled this since the Internet had not been invented when Poland's Press Law was enacted in 1984. There are no formal requirements for the journalist profession. It means that everyone may work in this business. The professional education is welcomed however not necessary. Check this article (in Polish)
