So why are they not married, answer that ! He wants to adopt the children through the courts but isn't married to their mother? ....He would stand to have more rights if he was to marry.

The Ministry of Justice has to do nothing more than ring the Home Office to find out about Polish birth certificate law, am pretty sure they will know and if not find out in a moment.

So why are they not married,

I don't know but I don't think it should be an issue for the court if they have been together so long.

for now i want to adopt the children so i am legally there parent for there security in case anything happened to there mother

Yes, I think it would be wise to adopt them so you have rights. I hope you sort it out soon.

like i said its not a issue in England if you are not married, gay ,straight black or white ,all the courts care about is that the children are in a healthy loving family and they just want proof that the fathers name on the birth cert is made up and why act 42 is used , they are not going to ring the polish courts to find out the polish law i have to provide proof , i have provided proof that the name is made up and act 42 was used, they now just want a letter confirming from a polish lawyer that i she could not leave blank ,even if we were married if i wanted to adopt the children i would still have to get the letter from a polish lawyer , which i should now be able to provide from the link the monitor sent me ,...so anglo for somebody who thinks he knows all the answers you no nothing ,as if a judge is going to ring for me to find the information

Its the Chair not a Judge he/she is only a Magistrate. I would know that because I worked in a court for 6 yrs.

Good luck anyway.
