How to pay a drinking fine in Poland?

Hi all, so I recently visited Poland, upon a night out I ended up drinking too much and fell asleep whilst outside.
The Police came along and put me into holding for the night, however upon release I was given an invoice of 299,98Zl but the invoice is in complete Polish and no English which is very confusing.

It was never explained to me how to pay or what it even meant as the language barrier wasn't very good. I am now back in the UK and have no idea where or how to pay this fine.

Any help would be very appreciated as I am not sure what to do and I do not want it to affect me when I next take a trip to Poland in the future.

Thanks in advance.

On invoice should ba a long account number in IBAN format PL 12 1111 2222 3333 4444 5555 6666 as reference you should put RACHUNEK NR ..... line. Do a money transfer. Print a confirmation. You have 14 days.

If you do not pay, your name will go on a list which means that you will never be allowed to enter Poland (you will be arrested on the spot. Your name will go to the British authorities and they will take the appropriate action. If you do not pay in time, interest will be added on every day.

If you do not pay in time,

Besides, who drinks and pays, they don`t lose honour - kto pije i płaci, honoru nie traci.
