Leaving Poland in two weeks, do I have to return my residence card?

I'm an EU citizen. I've been in Krakow for about a month, I'm an employee. I got my residence card last week. I haven't registered my address yet. It seems that I have to leave Poland in two weeks and I will surely not return for one year. My question is what do I have to do? Do I have to return my residence card?

No you don't have to return it.
