Sami if you think the UK was strict, you have no chance with Poland. The UK takes people in by the bucketload, while Poland is generally against almost any immigration, unless from Eastern Europe. Haven't you followed the news? Poland is one of the few countries in Europe refusing to take in non-European immigrants.

I do not see any problem to apply as long as you have a marriage certificate and a valid passport.

How you got Polish marriage certificate in U.K? Fisrt register your marriage at Polish goverment office then get Polish marriage certificate. Remember no body can deport you if you have Polish marriage certificate.

Yes I told them that I married since 4 years now
But voivoda women said that even you married 20 years but your entry and status not lawfully
You will not get card
You have to apply for visa from your country then you can apply after come on legal visa base

Ok there is the trick, find any mainland country in Europe and just get a holiday visa, hire a car get to poland and dump it, meet up with your Polish citizen wife In poland, you see once you are in they cannot deny your right to a family life, the trick is to sneak in in the first place, damn hard to kick u out once in.

How is it possible to get holiday visa without any legal status?

Then you have legal status as married to a polish national , goto another voivodaship preferably warsaw.

Is that all voivoda have different rules?
dolnoslask 6 | 2,935

Yes sometimes the employees make their own rules, and sometimes you have to ask to see the boss "chef" to sort it out, I find mentioning the European courts usually sorts out any prejudice or lol misunderstanding.

So shall I have to change city now?
How about Poznan?
I am at SZCZECIN at the moment

So shall I have to change city now?

No that would just cause you and the family more grief, just make enquiries in different big cities. no one is going to come to your door to boot you out, if they do appeal, you have a right to legal representation.

I hope someone else who has been in your situation pops up to help more.

my wife would be in the same position if she was not from a EU country already....good luck
