Change of a company (visa) in Poland

Hello,

I have a quick question ;

1. Since my current company has a financial issue, I haven't paid properly. Accordingly, the current company hasn't paid any ZUS or related tax for me as a person who has a work permit/residence card here in Poland.

2. I am going to start work for another company from next week(Same Province, different city).So they(New company) are going to inform the related administrative office or at least register my new status whatever. In this case, would it be a problem to register and work legally for the new company if I don't have any tax payment record? and the new company can notice it?

3. Once I change the status as above, will my residence card be issued with a new address? or just a matter of registration?

Any advices would be appreciated !

Should my current company inform the labor office that I am not their employee any more? or just enough that my new company inform the labor office?

i think you possibly need to start the work permit process again - sorry for the bard news on top of the bad treatment you already had ! There will be some other people here with more experience but in any case dont rely on your current employers to sort it out.

Yes, the whole process should be started again as a work permit is per employer and per job (also if new job in same company, new permit is necessary). It may sound tough but it makes sense (to me)...

I am from India.My employer has applied for my work permit and TRC on Jan 12 2016 which is before my visa expired (My Student Type D-visa expiry date is Jan 15). Till now i didn't receive any info or notice about my case, i even visited the office information desk and they don't see any update in my case too, still it is in process and now my employer is no more interested on me to hire but i have another company interested to hire me and apply for my document. So can i replace those present documents with the new employer docs ? as it's been more than 3 months , i am little bit worried about my case whether it is still in processing or not. I have never seen this kind of time taking process for a doc from gov. Kindly suggest me something.

I dont have any idea on this but suggest you that you can start your process for for new employer ASAP.

You can easily change the company if you have VISA, Only thing is to take care about your ZUS and taxes are paid by employer.
