Can I apply for Poland's visa appointment from different country if I'm different country citizen?

Hi

I need your help here

I m Indian Citizen and i want to apply for national visa for my collage , but the problem is i m not getting any dates in India , So can i apply for appointment from Malaysia because i have Malaysia tourist visa still valid for me ,

So please tell me can i book appointment in Malaysia because i can see dates available in Malaysia , So can i book them and go for the interview in Malaysia <

does it matter that where i m apply from ? its just an visa interview Right ? >

I'd check the form - does it allow to select citizenship other than "Malaysian"? (or is there even such a selection box)? If so, it might work; otherwise, it cannot be done. If it was possible, it would create bureaucratic mess when people having different citizenship apply from different countries.

i have selected that i m in indian citizen and i have told i m from india also

So you could select "Indian nationality" on the form to make this visa appointment? If so, it may work for you (well, you could try doing the same with all other countries and see which country is the fastest to respond ;) Maybe it's possible to apply as if you were in Poland (on a Polish site, if it works).
