Advice needed on why my Poland National Visa D has been refused?

Hello Guys,

My National visa was denied although i have a work permit and a contract sent from my company!

I am working in Egypt in a multinational company, my company's branch in Germany has a subsidiary in Poland wanted to hire me to work with them, they finalized my work permit and sent it to me with a salary of 6000 PLN for 3 years.

I applied for a national visa but it was declined for two reasons:-

1- i don't have sufficient money to return back from Poland and to move in the schengen area!
2- I have entered wrong information in the application or i gave fake documents!

Although i have a fixed monthly salary there and i provided my bank statement and another two credit cards, also for the documents i wouldn't give wrong or fake documents because i don't have to.

I applied for an appeal but nothing has changed!!

P.S the embassy has called my company in Poland and they confirmed that they need my experience and asked the embassy if they need any other supporting documents but the embassy said NO its ok.

Please advise.

Wait to see what answer you get from your appeal. You do not tell us all the facts. If they felt that you 1. do not have sufficient funds, and 2. lied on your form - there is nothing anyone can do.

appeal

Reply to an appeal can take months, and initial reply only states whether appeal will be considered, and if yes, sets a future date for the proceedings. So you might not even hear from them this year all together.

Wrong info on application or false documents = guaranteed rejection. It means something you entered in the application does not match something in one of your documents. Typical example can be, in some Arabic countries, they write the father's name automatically as your middle or second name. Sometimes this is not consistently applied to every document - check the spelling of your name in English on your bank statement and compare to your passport.

@Terri,

They already took a final decision in the appeal, nothing has changed.

As i mentioned in my message, i already offered them a bank statement, 2 credit cards and a proof with a genuine contract from the company in Poland send via DHL.

for the lie you are talking about, as i mentioned, i dont have to give fake documents as i am already supported by strong documents like a work permit from Poland.

regards,

Well, there is nothing else you can do. I don't know what you expect from us - if the Authorities tell you NO, then NO it is. End of story. You can always write to the President, but other than that - it is NO.

They took one week to reply on my appeal.

well, i used the information typed typically in my passport which is in English.

Pear in mind that i already applied for other 3 visas using the same bank statement, spelling and everything and i could get those visas.

Not sure what is wrong but its ok :)

Thanks Terri,

Calm down my friend, i am okay with their NO i just came here to discuss the situation with you guys :)

Have a nice day!

Hi,
My National vusa D also got refused for only one reason has been crossed is that " there are reasonable doubts regarding the reliability of the statements you made about the purpose of your stay in the territory of the republic of Poland due to the evidence that is available to the authority or due to objective circumstances indicating that the purpose of the stay could be different than declared"

I had work permi for 1 year which employer got from local government. What could be the answer of this reason?
Looking forward to hear from you people
Thank you

Before looking for help in the forum, you should do your own research. Is it so difficult to google for National Visa D refusal? Come on, why are you people so lazy?

I found this site for you:

You are relentless aren't you?
You are correct, but no need to be so rude.

Yes, I am relentless on lazy bones who don`t want to raise a finger.

But it seems you need to go to an eye doctor if you saw any rudeness in my post. How old are you? Don`t you suffer from cataract?

But it seems you need to go to an eye doctor if you saw any rudeness in my post.

I think you need a memory test.
This is what you said;

why are you people so lazy?

Very rude to a fresh poster.
The rest of us are used to your insultìng,arrogant,snobbish posts.
But it is unfair to be so rude to fresh posters.

hahaha It reminds me a scene from Patrick Dennis` Paradise. Have you ever read it? Who is that old fag pretending? A great English actor? said Lee Goodwin about Arthur Craine.

PS. btw, did you read any book in your life at all? :)

Keep to the subject of the thread please

@pawian
Thank you for your reply. I did try to look for on google but still have been unable to find out what is the exactly reason of being refused and what answer I should submit in appeal

I see. I am afraid you won`t find a direct answer because the reasons can be multiple. Also, many people are turned down for visas but they don`t share their experiences.

The link I provided explains what steps to take in case one is denied a visa.

And sorry for Milosław and his ranting , he sometimes goes wild and rebukes everybody around.

Does any anyone here have an idea how long it takes for an application for residents permit as a spouse and father of a Polish citizen to be processed? It's been over three months since I applied and haven't heard from them. The Voivodeship Office phone number is nonexistent as they never pick up calls. I rang a lawyer and they said it will take more than a year but they could assist me in getting it quicker. I think they just want to make money off me. @pawian seems to good at researching, I have searched and searched on google but nothing tangible found.

It's been over three months since I applied and haven't heard from them.

The waiting time SHOULD NOT exceed 3 months. But such a statement means it may take longer.

How about visiting these guys in their premises? They could have tried to contact you but you were unavailable or something. Besides, what is it with their phone number? Do toy have the right one?

I got the number from their website which is ‭222500124‬ but the auto operator put ls me on hold for 30 minutes every time then it call ends. I have read that you can only be attended in the office by appointment and booking an appointment in the office is impossible as well because there's never a space available. Also read the spaces are being sold.
