My Father passed away june 29 and I need advice ( I was gifted his Property 9 years ago )

My Father passed away on June 29th, He lived in Wroclaw. 9 years ago he gifted me his property through the courts in Poland, There will also be a will and monies to be sorted out. I was born in England and live here also my polish is not very good. need advice to what to do know ? Thanks

If there's anything in his estate that is in Poland or is subject to Polish law (other property, powers of attorney etc) then get yourself a Polish lawyer to handle this. UK wills are recognised in Poland so there shouldn't be any problems, but the process is more complicated than in the UK and you don't stand a chance of navigating it on your own, let alone with shaky Polish. In the UK it's much simpler.

Thanks for that and yes all his estate is in Poland and would be good to locate a trust worthy Solicitor who can speak English that have offices in Wroclaw
