. If anyone can help out or point in the direction of the easiest way to do so please get in contact.

pass a test, and apply for a licence, is what people generally do.

Lowkey32.......I think I get it.......yes you used to be able to buy a licence here by bribing the tester with cash.....the cars are now all rigged up with cams and mikes to stop this.....so unless you have a hot line into the people above that level and few have!!! then you are out of luck. It has been said that Ukraine is still as corrupt as ever and a genuine licence can be bought and then exchanged for a Polish licence due to some obscure European agreement that they have between these two countries. Does that answer your question?

Meaning you want to do something downright illegal / criminal?

I never cease to be amazed that this site allows people to post such requests.

It most of all shows the hypocrisy of the mods. If you complain about all the third-world "students" wanting to "study" at Polish "universities" you get a ban.

But you can easily and without any problem enquire about how to buy a Polish drivers licence, which is plainly criminal.

To be fair, you do get told a few times not to (and then get a ban).

I'm not a lawyer and this isn't my site, but if this was my site, I'd be concerned that my site is breaking the law by facilitating the commissioning of a crime.

I agree with you. But I have a point where this site promotes semi-legal immigration into the EU, even when everybody in Poland with a brain knows that these private "universities" make a living of these "students", the same as they do not mind the same "students" wanting to buy EU drivers licenses and asking for this outright.

Sadly it isn't "semi-legal": it is entirely legal (until proven otherwise).

the same as they do not mind the same "students" wanting to buy EU drivers licenses and asking for this outright.

That is different though: trying to buy a Polish driving licence is very simply illegal.

You DO realize that if they catch you with a 'fake' licence, you will end up in prison for more than 5 years. Anyone driving without a valid licence invalidates their car insurance immediately and they will take your car and scrap it.

@Ernix, if you're not a good enough driver to pass a driving test, then you shouldn't be on the road endangering peoples' lives and if you are able to drive, then take a bloody test.

if you're not a good enough driver to pass a driving test

To be fair, a lot of people were at one time tempted to go down the illegal route, because passing the Polish test is so subjective and idiotic. I have driven here for more than 30 years, and never yet had to reverse round a blind bend to a starting position (in fact, anyone with any sense would realise that is a dangerous manoevre) but they insist on keeping the cone test....

Also the theory test is designed to make the learner fail (equalling more money for the system)The Polish driving test (and methodology) sucks big time. As a result I am for anything that plays the government at their own scummy game.

a lot of people were at one time tempted to go down the illegal route

At one time there was almost no other way to actually get a drivers license in Poland, the tests were graded in such a way that most had to pay bribes to get their license, a good friend, one of the smartest people I've known in Poland (who'd never failed a test before in his life) failed the written test the first time, in a way that made him realize how corrupt the system was and opted out of trying to get a license.

The best part of this thread is IGNORANCE.How can anyone assume its a drivers licence that the second

poster is asking for?
Infact shows the thinking of some people here. Will make the mensa members in Warsaw ashamed.

Don't try to be a smart arse. You know quite well he's talking about a driver's licence. It was the Mods who merged it so presumably they had reason to think, from the original thread started by Ernix, that it was a driver's licence to which he was referring - and if not, then I'd say it was a jolly good guess, what ho Jeeves :D
O WELL 1 | 156

Again another assumption of Atch. And how are you so sure that Mods cant go wrong???Anyway thats how you guys think then go ahead,But it shows it all.
Atch 22 | 4,125
21 Feb 2018 #179
Well of course they could get it wrong and they frequently do; they have very creative merging techniques :) But in this case, I think it seems more likely than not, that the poster was referring to a driver's licence. There is a difference between assuming and inferring - inferring is something you'll find MENSA members are rather good at.

Of course now you have to show your ID, so there would be no way of being registered as the test taker, unless you actually were....

Rather like other matters that have been discussed here, I would suggest that anybody who can, takes their test in another EU country. The test there can't possibly be as unfair and unnecessarily drawn out for job creation purposes as in the Polish system.
