@Paulina
I have thought "moj kochany" is not always " my darling". I can imagine Pawian ask me "Nastepne wybory pewno wygra znowu PiS" and I answer " Nie moj kochany, nastepne wybory wygra Tusk". What do you think about it?

Exactly what I have been saying..."Kochany" is a patronizing putdown or a warning. There is no other application for that stupid word. Even between the parent and the child. As in: Kochany, can you explain this? The kid knows instantly it means trouble.

No, you are mistaken. It isn`t a warning and doesn`t mean trouble. I use it often when addressing students.

Then you are one sick puppy. In my entire life, no teacher ever used this word in the classroom. Later, I used "dear" in a meeting and the woman didn't speak to me for years.

"Kochana" or "dear" go with that special patronizing tone of voice we hate because it's used to show the speaker's superiority and an implied: Co ty tam wiesz...as a rhetorical non-question question.

Coz you left Poland in 1965. Teachers were strict at the time.
Today times have changed, though - you expect us to use the methods from 1960s and before in the 21st century? You are insane!!! hahahaha

How do you know what kind of tone I adopt when I speak to my students???? :):):)
Yes, I do adopt such a tone with you and other rightists here. But not with my students.

If you actually mean it, it's worse. Do you think those kids can't see and count who gets those lovely "kochana" most of the time? Or do you keep track?

You are always thinking about erotic scenarios. Bad boy! hahaha

No, I said clearly: address students and I meant the whole group. That means I say: Kochani. I never address single students in this way. That would be highly improper. :):):)
