We all have our style of doing training (just as learners haave their own ways of learning), however of course that's something you need to adapt and change for your audience/situation.
With learning Polish, there's a problem in that so many Polish language trainers break the golden rule of teaching and say "this is difficult". That forms a block for most learners. They also tend to dwell too much on pronunciation at the expense of fluency. They don't seem to get the concept of partial outcomes either, how to measure for them and plan for them. Let alone windfall outcomes.
