Just looking for the best site for polish translations? I use google translate but I have also tried: poltran.com.

translation.babylon.com/polish/

polish-dictionary.com

translation-services-usa.com/polish.php

ectaco.co.uk/English-Polish-Dictionary/

translation-guide.com/free_online_translators.php?from=English&to=Polish]

translate.google.com

However it seems if I enter in the same sentience in each free service I will get 8 different responses. Is any one more reliable than the others? or should I just hire a translator.

Better use not online translator, just because they can't guarantee that everything translated is allright! I had few accidents, and now I don't trust these translators. Now I always use professional translators service, just because I found one company, which provides high quality service for low price! Try- Vertimu biurai Vilniuje

If you just want the meaning of something they're fine.

Google is OK, but I've noticed they only do short phrases now.

I'm curious when it reaches perfection? 20 years?

Isn't it a matter of computer speed or comparison rate?

Some say that one day computers reach the power of human brain (at the moment they have power of fruit fly ;)

Isn't it a matter of computer speed or comparison rate?

No. It's a matter of having a human brain, which works far, far better than any computer will for the next 100 years at least.

Some say that one day computers reach the power of human brain

Not in your lifetime, nor in your children's lifetime, and probably even not in your grandchildren's lifetime, even if they're not born yet. The problem is that we know only a microscopic fraction of a percent of a percent of how the human brain works, and it will take a long, long time to build up that knowledge. Even in a century, we will still have huge gaps in our knowledge of how the brain works.

Isn't it a matter of computer speed or comparison rate?

it is not, it's about human intelligence to know the right context, computers will never have it
