I don't know. I've heard a lot of people swear busha was polish. I don't know where it came from but it would be interesting to find out.

It's sort of used as slang now too. Like anyone who wears head scarves might be called an old lady... or granny.
My grandmother used to call the headscarves the women wore "babushkas"

The one in the red is me. However it's a few years old and for some reason I look like I have dark features. This is me now...
i did say and i did identify :) the girl in the red is Polka and the girl in the white is Romainian and the guy on the far right is a rusky :)

If they gain this citizenship that they think they are entitiled to will they stay in Poland? No, I don't think so because they would have EU citizenship and the they could move freely wherever they wanted. I do not think 10,000 people deserve membership. I don't think they will have enough evidence to prove they deserve citizenship.

Sorry somehow this posted in the wrong thread... In the other thread we we're debating if you could really tell different slavs apart. I must have had two windows opened! I bet i looked like a spaz putting a comment like that randomly hah

I have dark hair and light eyes and very eastern european features. I am a first generation pole in America and although many members of my family have light hair and eyes, I tend to look very eurasian with my almond eyes. I'm not sure if it depends on what part of region of Poland you are from because Poland has a rich history of a mixture of other nationalities. From around eastern Europe. What I find more common in Polish Women is their facial structure rather than hair and eye color. For example many of the Polish women I know have a heart shaped face, very high and prominent cheek bones, and slightly almond shaped eyes.
