Love / Polish Girl Doesn't Want To Touch. [240]

The girl is not married to you, why would she want to be touched? You are not in a close relationship, just friends and that's the way she wants it. Once you become all touchy and lovey dovey, the friendship you had is gone and a new type of friendship emerges, more serious and scary. She's not ready to be involved, don't know how long she's been in the US but Poles go through culture shock and some take years to get back on their feet and getting their minds to work properly. It's simple, she just wants to be friends with you. She might have had a bad experience before and vowed to herself that she will never get involved with another guy because she will get hurt by him again. So don't be mad at her because she doesn't like touching, it's just the way she is and you have to respect and accept her that way if you want to be friends with her. You won't change her, she is the only one who could do that. Maybe later as she gains more trust in you, she will open up more, but for now she doesn't want to be touched, she just wants a friend.

Love / THE POLISH DISEASE, wanna marry a Polish girl ? read on... [197]

Polish guys are not much different. They keep stuff inside, aren't honest, only nice to you if you are American because they think you got money. So it's not just Polish women who are psycho, it's Poles themselves. Of course there are exceptions

USA, Canada / Requirements for marriage in the US if not planning to stay [11]

Why do you ignorants even post since you know nothing? Marisa, to marry you in the US your fiance can be on ANY kind of visa or even WITHOUT one

Why ignorants like you even post anything? Sure he can marry on a tourist visa and when he leaves the country he won't be able to come back to the US for at least ten years because he defrauded the US gov. and didn't change his status to a conditional green card resident. Same if he come on a K1, B1 or any other kind of visa, even if it did expire what is the purpose to marry in the US if you don't follow up with the proper procedures. You will just have a marriage certificate issued in the US but he will not be a resident and if you ever want a divorce he is not a US citizen and the US will not grant a divorce to a person who can't stand trial in the US.

Grubas you are a prime example how to illegally defraud the US gov. by telling others to do so.

USA, Canada / Requirements for marriage in the US if not planning to stay [11]

What's the sense of getting married in the US if you won't be living there? He will not be able to get US citizenship if he doesn't live in the US for 3 years after you marry. If after you marry you travel outside of the country he will need a special permit which allows him to return to the US and to leave for a limited time, if he does not obtain a permit or stays beyond the permitted time period he will not be able to return to the US. He can apply for a tourist visa AND might get lucky but then to marry him on such a visa is illegal AND THE us gov. frowns on this. A fiance visa is the answer but then again you have to be living in the US to apply for a fiance visa for him and live here if you want him to get US citizenship, otherwise why do you even want to marry in the US?

Off-Topic / Brits, Yanks slur their words? [17]

Why don't they speak clearly and distinctly the way an Italian, Lithuanian or Arab does when speakling English

Oh please no! Can't take their accents! They are horrible at speaking English and that's how you can tell them apart from the real thing. We got the Boston English style, New York, Southern, Western and Mid-western. We all speak differently and If they don't like the way we natives talk, then that's their problem. We ain't gonna change our way of talking to accomodate some illegal fukker.

USA, Canada / The proper behavior an American should show when visiting Poland [115]

Most American tourists are not into history, art, nor European culture in general.

Most Polish tourist are only interested in how to overstay their visa, how to get a job illegally, who can they swindle to get more money, who can they marry to stay legal, how to make money, money, money. They never travel around the states to visit national parks or are they ever interested in the US history, they don't bother to learn English as long as they can hide out in Chicago in the Polish neighborhoods, they drive drunk, they don't obey the US laws, they lie and steal the same way as it's done in Poland, they have no interest in the American culture, they subscribe to Polish TV channels, they listen to Polish radio, they shop only at Polish stores, everything that's American is bad, fattening and unhealthy yet they still come here for no other reason than to make a dollar.

So if American tourists are not interested in Polish culture, history or art, then why do they go there? I'm sure it's not to stay their illegally and take jobs away from Polish people.

USA, Canada / Why do Americans (and Canadians) hate Polish people? [226]

The question is: Why do Americans (and Canadians) hate Polish ppl???

Maybe they hate you. Just because some made a few comments does not mean everyone is the same. Did you talk with ALL Americans? You didn't talk to me or my friends and you base your opinion on a few handful of people. Just because Americans make jokes out of everything and you take it personally and don't understand our jokes causes you to make false assumptions about Americans.

USA, Canada / Do you speak English? Have you lived in America? New LOVE/HATE list......... [144]

no, he definitely wasn't that.

He was a hell of a lot better leader than this Obaminated guy

bush and co. are the ones who came up with no child left behind and then didn;t fund it..

Yeah they did. Kids have free immunizations.

how many shooting are there per capita in PL? how about Australia? how abut Canada? hmm.. blows holes in your theory

It's not the gun that kills, but the person behind it. In those mentioned countries how many were killed by other means? If they had guns they would protect themselves from being killed.

Love / Are Polish men romantic and caring or... "plain"? [85]

Hahaha funny but totally not true

Hahahaha Totally true. They also take things apart and never put them back together in the same order. They are two faced, they go to church but then hit, swear, drink and don't follow the catholic belief. They think women are good for cooking only, they think women are bad drivers, that they don't know anything about car repairs, don't know anything about construction, Polish men think they are better than women in everything. They have bad tempers, get mad easily and blame the woman for everything. Plus they are the ugliest men on Earth.

But you are an exception, and hope you find a woman- if you don't already have one, who appreciates you for being who you are.:}

Language / "Idę do kolegi." - Polish prepositions/and translation [17]

I just reacted to the statement, I quote, "There is no such expression in the English language as "I go"."

Because we are talking here about "I go to friend". There is no expression like that in English, not talking about past or present tense or whole sentences. Of course you can say "I go shopping" but you don't say "I go to shop" or "I go to ski"

Language / "Idę do kolegi." - Polish prepositions/and translation [17]

Idę = I go

No it isn't, it's "I'm going"
"I go" is "ja idę"
and "go" is "idź"

You don't say "I go to friend" in English. But it's easy to understand what it means

Lol. I wouldn't understand. Like plg said, you know their first language ain't english

Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

Poland would be nicer if people would smile more, be more honest, not so competitive, not so pushy, work harder, wouldn't think about the past all the time, not drink and smoke so much, wouldn't steal and open up a bit about their feelings instead of keeping everything to themselves and let their problems eat them up then find relief in drinking vodka. Then Poland would be nice.
