@Atch Thanks for the suggestion and Yes there is an employer who arranges the work permit for me but only thing he is asking to submit the govt. fee for the visa which is hardly 200 euro..that's it

My employer is paying for my living and food expense with the tax, Social Security etc but initially asking for the documents fee only which he doesn't want to pay from his own side because he is saying that he already getting foolish with many Indians who initially plan to come to Poland but At last they left out by which his money gets wasted.

@jon357 He is from Bangladesh and a Polish employer. He asks for only 120 euro for the Govt and his lawyer fee for my documents. He already sent my documents to the labour court and rest he knows well as I am not enough aware of the Polish Laws and Regulations. He has the restaurants on contracts so the living and food cost is included.

1. He told me that he has given the govt. documents and his lawyer fee from his own and now he wants me to send the same amount of money to his Poland Bank Account.

2. He told me that he has to sent 2 documents .. one is an opinion letter from his own and the second is my documents and now he said that he is waiting for the reply to come within few weeks.

3. Yes, he has already an Indian Restrtacunt and now he is going to open 1 more. Yes, he is actually in Gliwice, Poland now.

@Cargo Yes, I am confirmed that he is the real owner. 200 euro for 2 persons. 8 hrs job with six days work in a week and Yes free food from the restaurant .
