closing an inactive company in Poland

Hello everyone,

I would like to close my company. How can I do that exactly?
A lawyer told me that it would cost about 6000 euros, is that true?
I wanted to open a business in lodz, But Now I gave up on finding the right business and want to close it as Im going back to my country.

I didn't do any activities and have no incomes. It was done almost a year ago and was frozen almost right away.

Does anyone know who and how can I do this?

And Id like to ask what would happen if I just leave it and go back home?
