Law / The right to own guns: would you support such legislation in Poland? [2315]
No, Milo. 1. When my granddaughters come to visit, the gun goes into a closet and on the top shelf. 2. Even if left it in the nightstand, they would have to chamber it - the task even a grown man finds not easy, find the safety, push it up and squeeze the trigger - the task not easily done considering the force it takes.
If I gave you that gun, you wouldn't know how to fire. An 8-yo girl even less so. That is if she could even get hold of it.
Nothing to do with machismo and everything to do with the fear of being powerless, the feeling the Euro weasels must love right along with the feeling that some higher power is watching after you and will come to rescue. Newsflash: there is no such power and nobody is coming.
Bottom-line difference: you can only beg to stay alive. We shoot and the perps know it.
Now, who is the wimp.
What did you stab last time? I DID NOT say CUT.
If it is out and loaded your grandchild might shoot you in a terrible accident. .

these guys feel a sort of machismo about owning guns.

Every day when I'm preparing meals?
What did you stab last time? I DID NOT say CUT.
