Life / Why are Muslims seen as a deterrent to Poland? [565]

I'd like to introduce everyone to David Wood. He explains well about the problem with Islam and it's political ideology.

Here's one explaining why you will find "peaceful" Muslims in some parts, and much less in others.

@spiritus touché

I feel a little proud of Russia and Poland, it seems to be the few countries left where people seem to have backbone and religious faith in Christianity.

Look at the secular Europe and USA, all slowly crumbling because they have been deserting their beliefs.

Hope you guys keep it up and keep the faith.

Ok so indifferent to Russians in general then. Thanks for pointing out that he's not a native.

Yes, keep Islam out if possible. If you can't understand why, go dig into the Quran and the life of their "prophet".

All I saw were bad things. Bad bad things.

@Lyzko

Going to do an Auschwitz tour. See it as a reminder and a lesson than a "celebration" and you'll be alright.

Food / What's your favorite Polish coffee? [73]

@cms

I can check Google but I find asking for recommendations from "people on the ground" a tad more genuine than those marketed/advertised results on Google. Understand now?

@Atch

Twinnings is expensive where I come from. It's good tea but bought and used for special occasions mostly.

I finally did the Auschwitz tour. It was an eye-opening experience. Emotions weren't running high so it's not as bad as some claim.

Learn quite a bit from our English tour guide. Worth the visit to learn something about history.

Salt Mine and Kraków next if time allows.

@Lyzko

I prefaced my statement with emotions so I am talking about how the atmosphere wasn't intense that one would "whimp out" and/or shy away from the horrific reality of the past. Maybe because I am a man enough to face it while females and a good number of males today are "softies".

I certainly didn't discount the horrors of what men did when they disregarded God (yes you can use the word, no need to censor) and did unspeakable things.

I am a God-fearing human. Blessed be God forever and ever.

Amen.

There is much to reflect.

Did Salt Mine tour last weekend. Was nice and worth it! Like licking the salts everywhere.

Now if only there were chocolate mines. :)
