@AdrianK9, Man you think like American style in Poland.All the laws are almost there but the way they are implemented is different or bended with coveneince.I tell you almost 5 years back I was building a warehouse in Siedlce area and had problem with cops for stolen materials and blocking a lane of the highway for construction of entrance.But if you know the system sheet goes very smoothly there.It costs you, but if you play it smartly all can be easily done until unless the other party is STRONGER(in that case is better to settle).

I see you thinking again about why the other party will not declare bankruptcy, because they know when to do it and probably are working with the LOCALS:))) and that you live in America.

I am sure there are certain aids and loans .Usually the health insurance is covered by the uni and also if you are a hard worker you can work on cash on the side and make for your food and board.

But do remember that the student loans never go away till the end of life even if you declare bankruptcy of any kind and they grow with interest.

Dolno you are right but who will buy and for what price?he said it was worth a mil bucks,and honestly I would try to squeeze him down for 100/150k bucks as is,but he will not sell( I dont blame him).His only bet will be to wait for years and if any desperate soul or an developer comes along or it will deteriorite but still could get same price anyway.So depending on his situation will be better to wait and gamble until he needs funds.

Dont know about Canda but from USA you can wire six figures for less then 140$.Checks take almost 2 months to clear plus bank fee is astronomical and can even take longer if there are holidays.

I wouldnt know much about those countries but in states easily worth between 2 to 3 mil bucks,and dont forget the freaking taxes will be around 30 to 50k$ a year plus around 5k for insurance and utilities another 25 to 40k. lol the code inspectors love to visit bathroom & kitchens in a custom home.

You will need only at least 100k a year just to own.Then again its Poland:) one good reason I love Poland for negligeble property taxes,they are changing but will take 25 years to where they are in the states.

As you mentioned rent for 12k,the real price should be between 1.7 to 1.8.

Cpl of yrs back I was looking at a hotel in walbrzych near wroclaw,I knew the lady who remodeled and furnished the 39 room hotel(i think) very tastefully and a huge catering place and wanted 3 mil Zees,but we are not into work mode now,and I think Ibis bought it from her for 2.5.It included all equipment furniture etc.Its right in the centre of the town next to gmina office.
