Thanks for the replies, if you have a very large amount, would i then just carry a briefcase to the Kantor's office ?
Seems a bit risky carrying that much money in a briefcase......?

Real Estate / Apartment Admin Fee in Poland / Krakow? [4]

I wanted to ask if it is standard practice for
the tenant also to pay the Admin Fee of the apartment
on top of the rent ? Say an apartment costs 2200 PLN zloty and the Admin Fee is 500 PLN ?

Or does the owner of the apartment have to pay the admin fee ?

btw, i am asking about Krakow area apartments..

Real Estate / Poland's apartment prices continue to fall [1844]

Does anyone here have experience in owning rental investment apartments in Krakow ?

I am thinking of getting into some rental investment apartments in Krakow and wanted
to ask if anyone knows some of the pros and cons of this game ?

i have looked at prices and rental income and tried to figure out if it's worth it or not.......

it looks like a nice 1 bedroom apartment rents for 2400 PLN if it's in a central location.....
