Work / Filing tax return from outside of Poland? [5]

I had been working in Poland in 2015, earning salary with tax deducted as normal. My tax situation is very straight forward, only salary earned and nothing else. However, I've moved to live in Italy since the beginning of 2016 (on working visa as well, and I'm not a EU citizen).

My question is, do I still need to file a PIT tax return with the Polish government for 2015? And how do I do that from OUTSIDE of Poland? Or do I file with Italian since I'm an Italian resident now? I'm very confused, I don't konw Polish, wasn't able to find much information online. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Food / Polish equivalent of Parmesan cheese? [6]

Hello I'm pretty new to Poland, so I'm still in the process of figuring out what is what every time I go to the supermarket.

I've been trying to find Parmesan cheese for several weeks without success, and Google translate doesn't seem to work well on this subject.

So it there actually an equivalent of Parmesan cheese in Poland that's called something else? And where can I possibly get them?
Thanks!
