I am an Indian too and my girlfriend in Polish. We are also planning to get married in future. This helped me a lot.

You can work in any EU country if your Polish spouse is living with you in that particular country and IF your marriage is genuine.

You can look up in the EU law for the non-eu spouse. However if you want to live in Poland with your girlfriend then Polish national law will apply in your case. First you'll have to get married to your Polish girlfriend and prove to the authority that your marriage is genuine. then you'll get a residency permit for 2 years which is renewable. After 3-5 years of successful married life you can apply for Polish citizenship but you will be eligible to get it only if you're married to a Polish citizen for 3-5 years.
