Law / Karta Pobytu - Residence Card - Problem with address [13]

Hello everybody,

I have visa until 30th June, so I have to apply for residence card. I am a student who lives in a flat with another polish students. I have to register my adress but flat owner doesn't want to sign required document. He told me that I have to find another place or student dormitory. But I don't want to live in dormitory. Is there any way to register my adress without problem and get a residence card?

Law / Karta Pobytu - Residence Card - Problem with address [13]

Really thanks for your answers. Maybe I did a mistake because everybody applies for a card when they live in dormitory, after receiving a card, they start to live in flats. My gf told me that we can show adress at her(lives with family), but I won't be able to live there. I need a fast solution. Landlord really irritated me. To be honest, I don't want to search a new flat and move. There is no time for this. I have to finish the application procedure in a month.

Law / What would be situtation of Polish residence card if I would change the university? [2]

I'm actually waiting for the decision on residence card. I'm a student but I would like to study at another university for next academic year, would it be a problem for my card? I mean that I have to resign from study at this university and enroll to another. Between this time, can they cancel my card?

Law / Decision on Karta Pobytu (Residence Card) in Poland. How long should I wait? [33]

Hi everybody. I am currently studying in Cracow. About a month ago I gave my documents for residence card. But I still don't have an answer. Is that normal? Because I don't want any problem. I heard that even success in studies and absenteeism have an impression for the decision of residence card. Is that true? I am waiting for an answer from you, thanks

Law / Financial Proof for Poland's Karta Pobytu (Residence Card) [15]

I am a student and a month ago I applied for karta pobytu. I am still waiting for the decision. When I searched some information about procedure I saw that some students have problem because of ''financial proof''. I have 11000 zl in my bank account and I haven't touched it since I applied for the card. Is that enough? Sometimes I hear that they also want to see regularly coming&going money. Is that a mistake that I didn't touch that money? Anybody knows about this ? Maybe somebody has an experience. I would be grateful. Thanks

Law / Polish temporary card (I'm a student and my visa expires) [8]

Merged: Can I enter in Poland as a tourist just after my student visa expires?

Allright here is the question. I am a non-EU citizen. My student visa expires soon. I have a special passport which gives me a right to enter Poland for 90 days as a tourist. When my visa expires and if I go to Ukraine for a short while then can I enter to Poland as a tourist? Would I have any problem at passport control in Poland? I want to spend my summer in Poland

Law / Poland - Temporary Residence card - Karta pobytu - required documents [142]

I am a student and I have received positive decision for the temporary residence card. But I learnt that I have to register my adress once again and pay 50 zł to get card. I am staying in dormitory it means I will be able to stay and registered only until end of this month. In summer, it will be closed. But card is given until next year. What should I do to get card?
