Learning English in London is always going to be overpriced, that's just how it is.
Have you thought about doing a language exchange with someone who wants to learn Polish, while being willing to teach you English at the same time. It would be much easier on you financially.
Although if you just want to be taught, then go for a private tutor having at least a CELTA approved qualification. You won't get the same learning experience from group classes. Make sure you also ask for references in regards to the teacher!
