Yes,Citibank and bank pkao,I have used with mastercard,visa and for American express there is a kantor office in Hotel mariott in the lobby on the left side who will give you cash on your card with a ID.

!: Taxi some reliable numbers are 9191 thats the one i use in warsaw but are in every city.
2:Yes trams are safe till you dont expose jewellery or cash same as in an country!
3:Yes its safe till you take necessary precautions and are not dead drunk lol b4 thieves cops will get you.walk in well lit crowded areas use common sense
4:GOogle it.
5:Yes any kiosk or even at airport kiosk you can buy a sim card with pay as you go,my opinion orange and Plus is good ones.

Doesnt your credit card cover fraud or because of bad credit you use cheap credit card providers?
Using credit cards to withdraw money is really a bad idea for you brits...seriously get your freaking facts str8 as America is different!

I think you need visa legally then again there are no border controls so maybe you can get away with it but I wouldnt risk it call the respective embassies of the countries you want to visit.

lol you mean that crook restaurant owner? he defrauded me as well:))FYI a brit got him good when he advertised he will pay cab from hotel to restaurant and a cup of tea free in Warsw in pocket magazine...the bugger came from poznan by a cab..and got his money from courts i heard finally after a year.lol was that you by anychance?

Mike in states only 10% idiots are in trouble honestly,ie:30mil outa 300 mi,l so what? idiots who overextended themselves are fugged,but who did it wisely still exist and better,honestly I didnt feel a pinch being in a small business and same is in Poland,banks were offering 125% loan on the face valuve of your property...I think only idiots took it without thinking that it has to be paid back also.Lately I know lot of poles taking small business loan( its SBI in USA) thinking they dont have to return itand that its a grant from EU fuging dumb arses dont read the fine print!
so honestly things are not bad in usa...face it fuking mexicans are doing great still.... you dont wanna work in a car wash for 8 bucks an hr and want to leap for 100k a yr job or COLLECT!PPl in small business make same money as they did before in fact more:)
