Hi anyone know where i can buy lamb in Czestochowa ? finding dificult to find !!

Sury are you the one from London?????I think we have met cpl times with Iza:)))OH BTW Australian leg of lamb is always in MACRO in your town bro.Only problem is you have to thaw it and take it to a butcher to cut it with your likes.If coming to warsaw let me know ill be there from feb for 4 weeks:)))

It can be done by a power of attorney.The problem is if you will get the right price.You need a property management company as lawyers will not just do the job.If you know the current price etc get in touch and I might be able to help you.Other choice is advertise in NOWE DZEINNIK news paper published from new york.

Dude I wasnt born in Poland but am doing same as you are,but about what im quoting dont be surprised,its rapidly happening there as well but again it will be like us/canada in 12/15 more years like real estate taxes insurance etc also which are my main concern in usa,,oh not to mention medical facilities which are way cheaper in Poland than in usa with similar or better quality.

Good point. And I'm not trying to buy a tag for a gift, but I was hoping to get them something a little nicer that they would appreciate. Poland is another country, not planet so I'm sure these kids aren't wearing space suits or anything extravagant

Go to marshalls,if you have them in North carolina,I usually buy stuff there or even costco for gifts:D like tommy shirts,polo shirts for 20/30 bucks(just an example)they cost over 400pln in Poland.Make sure the logo is clearly visible or your gift wont be that much appericiated:)

Well I am from a non EU country,so I needed birth certificate,passport(all pages),my marriage certificate(since we were married before) all translated in polish by a certified translator and some pictures,lol and sme negligible amount in pln as fee:)

please i need your help or advice on my situation

I am sure he cannot come to Poland by air,as they will get him on airport.But I am sure that you guys can travel by road(car or a bus)....come to your home in Poland and apply for his karta.Whats the problem?Plenty of illegals apply in Poland and he being a father of a Polish citizen will be hard for them to deport:)Just make sure he doesnt run back to Uk for money,cuz he will only get a 1 or 2 year residence permit in Poland and you will get a chance to see him his real self.Dont forget he will be in SIS database now if he was refused a settlement visa,but polish authorities still are very leniant.

It's wonderful that there are active members of the community who are willing to spend their time and share their own resources with others who appreciate having a warm and free meal at this time of year.

Honestly,I would like to start something like that in Warsaw but in a smaller scale initially with volunteers.If anyone has ideas mail me as I will soon be moving to Poland permanently retiring and have no hobbies.

Often migrants will repatriate some of their incomes back to their native homelands so yes Poland's economy would see the benefit from this when Poles who go abroad still have ties back home.

Thanks god America still has visa for poles...imagine otherwise......Even pumping gas gets you 2300$ a week and the jersey shore where Sandy hit.....they sure can use Polish construction workers.

Sue?Really for how much and for what and who all?in that case lot of law suits be filed when many western countries consuls refuse visa.Bro save your friend and your money and try satisfying the consuls requirement legally.You will never get any far with your law suits esp in Poland.APPEAL,yes you can try.Dont forget you apply in the consulate once or many times and that consular interviews maybe 20 people everyday with diff excuses and is better experienced.

More importantly I would like to know how can bank in Poland force me to pay back if I live in USA?Can they go after my proprieties in USA? Will they just damage my credit? I would think that it has to be pretty complicated, taking in consideration that there are two different countries involved.

Not that I know of.An aquaintence of mine from the states defaulted on his flat and they just took over the flat(I dont know how)But his properties in the states are safe and his credit score untouched. YET!,its been almost 3 years though.

I think that will go down as the games are over so are some of the jobs.I have already seen construction on public ways stopped or slowing down.Credit crunch is squeezing.For locals is bad news.But for foreigners it can be a bargain.To elaborate my point, a flat for 400k,how would a local gather 25% aka 100k just for down payment?And for a westerner or a local who saved money abroad might be able to grab it.

Personally I favour Poland as if you buy a property in the USA pay it off lock doors forget about it and go back after 3 years ..the property is long gone cuz you didnt pay taxes on it and insurance (u lucky noone sued u),where as you do it in Poland your flats still there maybe some contents stolen but your physical property you are the owner one can go pay due taxes with a nominal interest and go on.So I still prefer poland over western countries.
