'Multi-Cul' and massive immigration are kind of like Wal-Mart...When a Wal-Mart moves into a small community, or even into a big city, it offers cheap imported goods at low prices, in an environment that many shoppers find convenient, and, on the surface, attractive...But what happens then?...The smaller stores are driven out of business because they cannot compete, as consumer dollars are finite...Thus, the local economy suffers and is sometimes destroyed...And, since Wal-Mart imports almost all goods from places like China, suppliers and other businesses in the economic chain in the native country are negatively impacted.

Please, this is more liberal nonsense...When the earlier generations of European immigrants came to the US, America was still a vast open space that needed people to develop it, and the economy was in a stage where it was ready for almost unlimited growth.
Today, the economy is in a serious period of decline, both due to structural problems, and the greedy shysters on Wall Street and in the financial sector who have bled us dry....We cannot support mass immigration of unskilled, or even skilled workers, because our own economy cannot support American workers...In addition, most immigrants are from 'third world' type economies and cultures, and do not understand, or want to integrate with the American culture constructed by the earlier generations of immigrants...They want money, pure and simple, and the economy here should address the needs of Americans who have been here for generations, not newcomers from Africa and Latin America...I have no desire for a 'Black or Brown Planet', else i would move to Africa.
When I hear statements like this from white liberals, I think of all the white liberals who wrung their hands over 'segregation' in the US, but were the first to abandon their neighborhoods when ignorant and violent blacks moved in...When it affects you, you change your tune...Better to be honest from jump, then maybe real problems can be addressed.

As far as Syria, both the 'West' and the Israelis are playing a big role in funding and supplying arms to the Syrian opposition...While there are serious problems that certain Sunni communities have in Syria with Assad, especially in the area around Hama, the majority of the country supports him.
The problem there is that Assad supports and has good relations with Iran, and also provides Russia with it's only naval base in the Mediterranean...So both Israel and thee US will cause any mischief possible there, short of war...Israel will not act directly against Assad, because Syria and Israel have co-existed throughout the Assad family rule, and they are hesitant about any direct intervention, as it may cause the emergence of a more hardline, Hizbollah type of government...But they will continue to play games, hoping they can get lucky and see a pro-Zionist/Western puppet government emerge...US strategy is based on the desire for a complete Middle Eastern and global rule.

I live in a big city in America...The neighborhood I work in is about 75% immigrant, mostly Latino, with some Blacks from the Caribbean, a few Eastern Europeans & Russians, and some Muslims from Pakistan, Palestine & other Arab countries...Most are decent, but the first thing most do is apply for welfare and other social benefits, even though their sponsors sign immigration forms stating that they will not apply for these benefits...And many are illegals...We have many Asians, too.
They don't INTEGRATE except for grasping for the American dollar...First phrase an immigrant learns here is 'PIN number'...And many reproduce like rabbits...It changes the nature of the community for the worse in many ways...I'm writing an essay about this particular neighborhood and it's history and transformation on my website: I will post the link when I finish part 2.

I love this forum...The discussion is on promoting Polish cooking and we get arguments about Vegata, whether it is Polish or what...Vegata is simply a combination spice that is handy to use as a seasoning or in a base...All cultures use this type of thing: The Latino 'Goya' company makes a number of combination spices that are widely used in cooking Spanish food, like Sofrito, Adobo and Recaito.
I notice Vegeta in stores that have products and condiments from Eastern Europe, and also in some supermarkets, so it is quite popular...Whether one likes it is to his or her taste.
If they eat it up, it's called good cooking.

I can't say...Someone brought up Afrobeat, and Fela Kuti, considered the founder of this form, went to school in London, but moved back to Lagos and spent his whole life making music and trying to change or at least oppose the corrupt system in his home country.
Listen, I don't deny people the chance to better their lives, and certainly not the chance to travel and experience other nations...No...But, when you have a nation like Poland, or even Germany or Holland, when you import millions of immigrants who have a different cultural mindset and perhaps religion, you are asking for dislocation and disruption of your own society, because resources are in most cases limited, and the native people have a certain cultural history.
I simply try to suggest common sense, and bring out negative examples when the liberals venture too far into the hinterland.

Great clip, and great food...I have two Polish restaurants about 5 minutes from where I work, and the food is quite good, BUT THEY KEEP EARLY HOURS!...They're not open for dinner!...They still do a decent business, as one is also a good sized market, but if they had management that was more committed, they would do great...Once people try good Polish cooking, they LIKE IT!
I also have a produce market, operated by a BelaRussian, about a block away, and they have many imported Polish items like the aforementioned Vegeta, they have beet salads, Hungarian vegetable salad, Polish cheese & butter, and many juices from Poland and the Ukraine (also a brand of Polish pasta that is quite good quality)...They do very well with everyone from Eastern Europeans to African-Americans to Latinos.

My point is simple: Nigeria is referred to by many Nigerians as a failed country...Especially in the urban areas, it exists in a state of chaos...Nigeria brings in billions in oil money, yet in big cities like Lagos, you don't have electricity for good parts of the 24 hour period.
Black Africa supplies many of the legal and illegal immigrants to Europe...If they cannot produce or maintain a functioning infrastructure of government in their own country, you want them here?...Better if they fought to make their own country functional...But that is too difficult, so they come here, where Europeans have already done the hardest work, and import problems.
If you cannot understand my point, I would recommend you live in a predominantly Black neighborhood, as I have done for a large part of my adult life, and actually gain some first hand experience with culture...Perhaps place your family in this type of environment.
This is not to suggest that darker skinned people do not have the capacity to make a contribution to a civilized society, because, even in Nigeria, you have millions of highly educated people...But as I suggested to another poster, name one country in Black Africa that is equal even to a bottom rung country in Europe.

The 'Polish food problem' is simply a matter of exposure and publicity...The Food Channel in the USA has a very entertaining program called 'Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives' which covers the US in search for down home style eateries serving up both traditional American and various ethnic foods at reasonable prices...Recently featured were two Polish restaurants, one in Dallas and one in LA...Both were extremely successful...Suggestions for the restaurants are sent in by viewers of the program.

I have nothing against the type of globalism that refers to, say, 'technology makes the world smaller' or even Hillary Clinton's 'it takes a village', but my problem lies when things get too big...Mankind has a lot of big dreams, but they inevitably get out of hand, whereas I feel that most problems can be addressed on a smaller scale with better results...As Farage correctly points out, the bureaucrats in Brussels are extremely well paid, but who do they represent?...And the heads of the Euro commission are all unelected.
I have nothing against the type of globalism that refers to, say, 'technology makes the world smaller' or even Hillary Clinton's 'it takes a village', but my problem lies when things get too big...Mankind has a lot of big dreams, but they inevitably get out of hand, whereas I feel that most problems can be addressed on a smaller scale with better results...As Farage correctly points out, the bureaucrats in Brussels are extremely well paid, but who do they represent?...And the heads of the Euro commission are all unelected.

It's on the ropes, is what it is...In the globalist mentality, all nationalism (except for Zionism) is bad, because it supposedly leads to wars...The mass media, MSM, constantly sings the globalist tune, and nationalist movements are shunted to the side, or described as 'extreme right wing'...This is a distortion, because there is a difference between nationalism and fascism...While co-operative initiatives between sovereign states is desirable, decision making by an unelected elite, serving the rich ruling classes, is not.
Unfortunately, consumerism and television have led to a weakening of the thought process on the part of the masses of people.

The ******** who allowed and perpetrated WWI & II are the same as the Euro bureaucrats, only they are called globalists or whatever now...I think the European peoples themselves oppose any more bloody wars, just as they did back in the day...It is unaccountable leaders, their ideologues and bankers who are the driving force behind war...Of course, they cry crocodile tears when the flow of blood and the stench of bodies gets to be too much.
