Well it depends on what type girl you want?

If you want intelligence- libraries, book stores, universities!

If you want sluts- club/bar!

If you want morals and values- church!

The same would go for your friends. Stupid people tend to hang around stupid people. Smart people aquaint them selves with intelligent people. I would assume our environments i.e where you live and work as well as aquintences in some instances, tend to have direct corralation with the image we project to others.

If you wish to go pick up sluts, create an environment a slut would feel comfortable in. Perhaps bring some friends with lower intelligence, this will assure all topics of conversation are on her level. Make sure to have plenty of drinks available!
