News / Will eight million Polish people flock to the UK now that we are going for a hard Brexit? [38]

if you think that the only one better thing in UK (when compared to the PL) are wages.

Wandering streets of London I finally found out how it works. London is too big to refurbish. It is ongoing process. People don't have money for that so they develop social life instead. Android toy counts. This is our 5 minutes on this planet. We are temporary so don't bother mate. Lets play tetris when comuting to warehouse. There is no tragedy when someone lives in building from 1904. Some buildings have to colapse. New buildings are rising to the sky. Life goes on.

Work / Salary in Krakow - 3850 pln gross per month, zus system [18]

But does it mean that my company will pay zus for me from their money or they will deduct from my salary?

:)
they deduct ZUS from your salary but you cannot reach this money. So better let they pay ZUS for your pension than not.

Life / Would love to move to Poland [13]

You don't live in Poland yourself yet you try to decide who can and cannot live there?

I'm not trying to decide. It isn't my point of view. It is information only that majority of Polish speaking workers do not accept non speakers in a workplace because they don't speak English and not going to learn English. It may help someone to decide visit or not visit Poland.

you do see the hypocrisy of this statement don't you?One time you are complaining about London

no because I can speak English a little. We as a mas (80% maybe) don't speak.
I'm a troll. I never concealed this. Don't take my post as my point of view.

Work / Salary in Krakow - 3850 pln gross per month, zus system [18]

I've seen information that people under 26

not true, it would be eldorado, age doesn't matter, umowa (contract) matter

or student do not have to pay it

remember ZUS is paid by employer or worker. Someone has to pay it.
Students up to 26yo do not have to pay it but it is anyway your loss.

Life / Would love to move to Poland [13]

I actually really love Poland I want to move there..would they accept me?

If you have money just appear in PL buy a flat but what about job? We do not accept people who don't speak Polish in work. There is no time for learning and patience. Majority of labour workers don't speak English. Their "managers" too. If you have idea how to earn only with English you can try.

Work / Salary in Krakow - 3850 pln gross per month, zus system [18]

I was offered a job in Krakow for about 3850 pln gross per month

It is 2749zl after tax. Do not agree. Ask for more. You will be on budget.

Do I need to pay zus if my company offer private clinic

You don't pay ZUS. Employer deduct ZUS, tax and ubezpieczenie. You cannot do anything and ask employer not to pay ZUS. Treat private clinic as bonus. You avoid queue to doctor.

I wouldn't say I'm poor. I have a nicer property than many people in London not to mention my colleagues and neighbours who have land or forest or lake harbor.

Love / Do Polish men date black women?? [69]

Poles are generally ashamed ;-)

I wouldn't say Poles are ashamed. Majority of us love money more than anything in the world.
We don't have time to be alerted and available. We think about the money all the time.

When some beauty approach us the first thought is what she wants? To steal our property or land or cars or everything?
I would say we are rather aloof and careful ;)

I always thought that I don't like black women until relocated to London. Some of them are really hot. One or two per week top class. *Of course there is an issue of their older brothers with menacing eyes ;)

Czesc. I am a native Polish speaker also learning English. I'm living in London at the moment trying to catch this lovely choked nasal accent. I think I can say now: thank you, available, immediately, Lewisham, Silvertown, Abbey Road and mind the gap between the train and the platform of course :) available was a real pain in the ear. At the moment I'm still unemployed so feel free to message me or email me in Polish. I always was curious if I'm able to teach someone ;)

Work / Poland Business Help - I'm interested in investing in this country [28]

could you tell me a little more about the cargo taxi procedures?

You may start działalność transport and thats all. Nothing solid.

and would it make a big difference if my budget is 40000

with 40000 you may buy a flat, try to take mortgage and rent it. No money but you have property at all.

Work / Salary and cost of living information - Krakow [257]

if monthly 20,000PLN (gross) is enough to have a decent lifestyle in Krakow

Yes. Poles live with 3000 + 3000 = 6000 + 3000 your flat so you will be 5000 ahead

Life / Cost of living in Katowice, Poland [53]

and have to say that living here has been a very nice experience.

Many people many views. Katowice has crime rate above average.

I would strongly recommend that don't accept any salary below 8000zl netto

I relocated from Olsztyn. The salary I have been offered is 2500zl Is it enough to cover all the needs for me, my wife and my 2 years old son? ;)

Work / 30 yr old Polish Canadian would love to relocate back to homeland [4]

Driving doesn't seem to be a bad job.Is it unusual to earn between 4-5000 with a Kat B license?

But it is a bad job. Don't go this B way. You can expect 1000km per day and 3 weeks out of home for 4000zł. With C licence or C+E you became equal to gods.
