UK, Ireland / Polish living in UK wants to divorce Polish husband [13]
Only reason I posted here was this site came up in a Google search when I asked the question pointing to a similar post about divorce.
Obviously, if he was back in poland it would be easier, and I would go over there with her to sort it out, but he here and not co operative which is why we are looking at a solution from here - hence posting the question.
Not looking for attention, least of all from an Internet forum, it was just a simple question in the hope that someone based in the UK had managed to get a divorce through the system here.
