UK, Ireland / Free Polish/English Magazine (North East England) [10]

Just wanted to let you all know about a free monthly magazine for Poles produced here in the North East of England. Thought some of you here on Polish Forums might like a read. Most of the articles in magazine are produced in Polish and English.

2B magazine is run entirely by volunteers and distributed for free; it's a not for profit magazine. There's pdf copies available online. If you'd like to read our most recent edition the link's below:

2b.nepco.org.uk/assets/issues/47_kolor.pdf

This month's magazine contains an article I wrote about the WW2 Polish resettlement camp in this region (again, maybe of interest to some on this site).

We've archived all past editions of 2B magazine at: 2b.nepco.org.uk

Best Wishes,
Rachel

UK, Ireland / Photos about Polish Newcastle [4]

Hi everyone,

Just to let you know that I've posted a good selection of photos on Flickr relating to our Polish community here in Newcastle. You're all very welcome to take a look. Just go to Flickr and it's under a group called Polish Newcastle.

There's photos of Polish advertising in Newcastle, Polish restaurants, Polish books in the city's libraries, Polish shops, that sort of thing.

Best Wishes,
Rachel
