Sex (not gender) has everything to do with being dismissed as 'hysterical' and 'having a mental condition'.just because you have an opinion. Check your arrogant responses.

I dont come here to present the black side of anyone's miserable life, thank you. My life is far from miserable. I was responding to the thread title, because it IS an issue round here, sorry if you dont care for facts and the reality of other peop-le's lives in countries where you dont live.

It's like if some Polish person said that they were upset by the English drinking too much in Krakow. I wouldnt tell them it was their imagination and they they were quite wrong about the English, because it is their lived experience

yes, well that bit is true. Again, it's fact. If one sees that shaved head and little roll of neckfat on the bod behind the wheel, one hangs back..:)

Look i am not saying that Polish are the ONLY bad drivers in the UK, but if there were a 'top ten' they would be up there, along with Indian geriatrics. I am quite sure that in India at some point in the past, one just bought a licence, with no test..

Are you misunderstanding me wilfully Pawian? We know some English run riot when abroad. Me denying that is like you denying that some Polish drivers are atrocious, and arrogant with it.

nobody said they were the 'worst in Europe', they merely gave their anecdotes and opinions, and you got unreasonably upset by that.
Step away from the bottle, do yourself a favour.

In fact the Polish people in my family and of my acquaintance DID put me off drinking. Sorry if the truth upsets you.

of course they have to take a test, it's just not a very high standard.
Not sure car insurance works like that there, it's the vehicle that is insured not the person. Perhaps indeed that has something to do with the general 'don't give a feckness' that we witness here on the UK roads from Polish drivers.

I don't know who these 'feminist movement' women are, JR, and I suspect, neither do you, as you have never met any woman who said this. You are just making it up as you go along to fit your own 'weltanschauung'.

It reminds me of those English who are always telling the same anecdote about how they went into a shop in Wales, where everyone was talking English, and as soon as they entered, the people switched language and started talking Welsh!!

BTW this never happened to anyone, yet people repeat it endlessly as an anecdote of their life experience...

If i was "bitter" towards Polish men (which in fact i have a v good reason to be but its nothing to do with cleaning or housework) I wouldnt be here , would I?

what totally egregious BS. The civil war was fought so that new states being created wouldnt join the 'slave states' and make a confederacy that would do better economically (because of free labour) than the non- slave states of the north.

The slaves being freed was by the by. It's not as though they were then treated any better was it?

Perhaps, to make my meaning as clear as possible to people with ego or comprehension problems, I should have said, " We all have to organise the housework, if we don't want to live in a tip ".

There now, is that better?

not sure that you are paid £50 plus per hour but that is by the by and not really anything i would actually give a toss about..:D
