So, isn't that without merit to be no-materialistically minded while all your materialistic needs are being fulfilled ?

so surprising as Danes tend to be very unmaterialistic

Given the fact that they are supported by the state they can afford to appear to be no-materialistic.

Not right? If you can't comprehand something, it doesn't mean it's not right.

is no right, not enough sun makes youz mad like a hare in March.

What's that has to do with the topic, eh?

Nothing, but it has to do with you .

Why on Earth would an atheist pretend to be believing this?!

To become godfather for one/ dude for number of reasons

Come on, can't you read ? Active - means pretending to be Catholic or Christian, you can alway go do your gawking thingy.
Where are you from ? Norway ? That would explain that their have been alway a bit wired, something not quite right yo there. Pagans for most of the time.

Funny notion they have about children, that think that anybody could be a better parent than actual parents.
:)

Just gentle, logical sensible change.

:DDDD

Somehow I doubt that...

Somehow I knew you would. Nobody likes to do something in vain.

Its one trend there are other not necessary noticeable by you, and 11 years is not enough to say which way all that goes.
but eventually like always those fringes will crumble away often with people.

I took part in a baptism at the request of dear friends. Should I stay away from weddings and funerals?

You shouldn't play any active part in those.

My revolution?

Revolution you support.

There has always been the less catholic side

Yep, eventually crumbling away.

And the world (including Poland) is changing very fast indeed.

Isn't that always the case? Some things change all the time and some are constant.

The world is going mad if you ask me. Take my example, my views were left-wing at least according to standards from 1930'(patriotic left) runs in the family, but the world's changes and its crazy notions pushed me into conservatism camp.:)

The answer is not at all obvious to me.

what are you taking part in RCC ceremonies if you hold such opinions about RCC and you are mocking priests ?

No benefits at all.
Only for 12 months if somebody lost job and thats that.
Only then tax should be lower and politician would never allowed that.
You vote doesn't really count if you cannot vote on taxes. Benefits are just the way of buying masses out - like in the ancient Rome.

I'd rather be paying for my own people than some foreign scumbags :)

I bet you ain't even working!:)

UK, Ireland / Poles and Irish, what do you think, are we friends or enemies? [62]

In 50 years we will be as rare as a native indian in New York. We are being ethnically cleansed

You have very little confidence in your nation RN.
Do you think that emigration is good for Poland ? Think again, in 20 years they will import young people from Asia to Poland to fill gaps in employment.

You at least are getting Poles which will integrate in no time (unfortunately).
All nations in EU are being socially engineered.

Life / Polish and Czechs [190]

while Poles are Europes most religious nation.

Are they ? Well, Europe is ****** then !

And I suppose Czechs have pretty good relations with every nation of the world,

Really? What about Germany?

since most people will agree that Prague is very beautiful.

Yeah and there is nothing more than that :)

No. It's a statement of fact. They are Polish and nothing else.

Nope thats still only your opinion.

Know them, do you? I personally know several of the folks who run the site, and I can assure you that culturally they are very Polish indeed.

What would you know about that ?

Not every Pole has a picture of the previous Pope on their living room wall ;)

Thats not about a picture but certain attitude - they are redundant waste - a plenty of those left behind during history of Poles.

IMHO, that would be a public service.

another ignorant half-product of your revolution Jonny :)eh?

All abuses and no content at all.

get a life stupid.

Ironside:
anti-polish

They ARE Polish. As far as I know, all of them.

Nope, their are not! Do you really want to go into definitions of who is Polish or who is not?

I-S, there are ways and means of getting hold of such figures but my point is that there is almost always an undisclosed sum. The RCC didn't get rich purely from donations from your regular church-goer. How did their coffers get so deep?

Why are you diverting discussion from priests in Poland to some mythical sums you seems to know much about?
Even if the RCC have some sums it doesn't effect priests in Poland and their financial standings.
As you well know the RCC is world wide organization with the Vatican, and they have a many dealings and issues, are you surprised that they have money as well ?

I'm not and do not see point in perusing that line.
I would be much more interested in the east-coast establishment that made fortunes on Poland and Poles after 1989,also Poland's so called busy-men with fortunes too big for their own good.

All abuses and no content at all. Try harder, if you want to be taken seriously by anybody. Or go to the Radom Abuse thread and don't come back.

And your point is ? You have nothing to say and nobody is taking you seriously anyway.

But they are NOWHERE close to your description of them as a "leftist anti-polish site". You sound like a little sick lazy puppy, who does not care about facts but yet who loves voicing his opinions nevertheless.

I don't care what I sound like to you. I'm done with you. Go and enjoy that anti-polish site full of shyte !

For readers unfamiliar with the issue discussed:
So called racjonaliści can claim whatever they want it doesn't make it so, they are in fact what I said their are.

Another lie !

No he did not.

Oh yes he does and if somebody doesn't see it or refuse to see it is either:

iron, who is paying them then?

mainly peeps, they pay for weddings, funerals and such, there is also monies collected during mass but thats suppose to be for maintenances of church and such.

If a priest is working at school he is getting pay like other teachers and he have to pass all required curses for teachers - and yes then he is paid by gov like other teachers.

:)

is but one of many links. Religion is a tool and banks buy into it. It is a lever for them to manipulate. Banks are most clearly supplicants.

Can you kindly take a notice of the thread topic, there is nothing about RCC in Germany.
Also, the way they are finance the RCC in Germany differ from those of the RCC in Poland.
Notice that circumstances in Germany and Poland are different.

To answer the OP question - no they are not and they pay taxes too.

I'm not suggesting anything - I'm asking.

Where they paid by the gov in Ireland?

was referrring to their salary payment. They have strong backing by bankers btw. Why? Due to the ability of a priest to hold a group together and steer them. They are an invaluable asset to the banking industry as priests can control people.

John with all due respect you are talking rubbish!

So priests are paid by the state then? definitely? Is anyone disputing this?

Yep I do ! you are suggesting that their are paid by gov because their are priests - thats not true!

I was referrring to their salary payment.

I think that a good exercise for you would be try to live for a while without salary.

do you have f.e. obligatory taxes for church in poland in your income tax? like in germany?

Nope,

so why bring money into the equation?

Ask bankers !

I don't have a problem with tax deductions for religious orders,

What deductions ? Priests even those who doesn't work at school pay taxes - if somebody say something different - its lie.
